After being unsatisfied with a repair bill I posted a Unilocal review with 2 stars. Todd Morrison(owner) called. He was polite and concerned. He explained the company billing principles. The Technician was newly on the job and was unclear on the billing details. Todd explained the confusion and then made an adjustment consistent with the company guidelines. When a company owner gets personally involved in customer care you know trust, integrity and professionalism can’t get any better. Yes I will call Morrison again and yes, I will continue to recommend him to friends and family. There aren’t a lot of 5 star business around but Morrison Heating and Cooling is one and the guy at the helm is the kind of person you want for a friend. 5STARS.
