Very fast service, worked around my schedule, and great assistance in making sure parts were replaced within the warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay for failing components. I wish everyone I had to call for home repairs and renovations was as easy to work with.

They serviced my 1960s heater multiple times since 2008 every year and it kept running. The guy who came in knew about old systems like mine.

We have had them service our rental properties for over 5 years and I’m sad to say that they have changed for the worst. They have repeatedly over charged us, used the wrong parts, charging us in excess of $ 200 dollars for a thermostat alone, and mixed up their billing too. They always error in their favor and it is getting worse and worse since the economic collapse of 2008. I would not recommend Service Now anymore; they just cant be trusted at this point!

Service Now Inc., Heating and Cooling, did a WONDERFUL job replacing our old worn electric heat pump and furnace! We are a 19 unit condominium and 4 of the residents decided it was time to change old electric heat pump and furnaces. Bids were solicited from 3 companies and we chose Service Now. Jason Johnston, the owner, was very easy to work with. He provided a complete description of the work to be done, which included a crane to get the old compressors off the roof of the condominium building and to lift the hew ones into place. New furnaces were also replacing the old furnaces. Correspondence always took place in a timely manner. A team of 4 technicians and an electrician completed the job in 3 days. The team captain was Kelly, his team: Frank, Wesley and Alec. Everyone showed up when expected, explained what they were doing, worked hard, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The old units came out and the new units were installed without incident. All units are working GREAT. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their HVAC equipment!

Service Now was called by my Property Management company to look at a possible problem at a rental property I own. Service Now proclaimed that the entire furnace needed to be replaced at a cost of $ 2,870.00 minimum. I brought in someone for a second opinion and was there for the inspection. Burner and Furnace were working fine. The fan had a small rattle. I chose to replace the fan before it froze up and saved myself $ 2,000.
Service Now clearly thought that nobody would get a second opinion. They are a ripoff.

Excellent service! They were extremely professional and helpful, explaining and demonstrating the system when they came for a system check up. They were so good that we asked to be put in their computer system to be called next year when it’s time to schedule a furnace tune-​up for fall.
