Bill Chamberlain and crew, The Floor Doctor, are the best. He refinished my floors last year and did a beautiful job, including replacing lots of the wood that had pet stains and odors. A few months later I noticed a big area on the living room floor that had no sheen. I called Bill and he came out and re-sanded and re-coated the floor for free(I believe my painter spilled oil based paint and took the finish off during cleanup). Then, the wood he used, that a friend gave me and Bill warned me might shrink, shrank this hot summer. Out Bill and crew came, and filled the gaps and re-varnished the floor. Again, no charge for the fix. THANKS Bill. I also want to say that he and his crew are always polite, friendly and upbeat. A pleasure. I’d sure like to recommend this company to anyone needing hardwood floor repair and refinish!

Made an appointment to get an estimate on a rental I own. Waited a half hour for Bill to show up to give me said estimate for refinishing the hardwood floors. He never showed up. I tried calling and texting to see where he was. No response. Um, not the best way to drum up business.

1900 home with original fir floors covered in awful vinyl and a megaton of glue. Bill & his crew went above and beyond the call of duty, and he stayed very close to his estimate even when I know his profits began to diminish as the time it took to complete the job stretched on. It was a BEAR of a job [scrape up vinyl, sand glue, sand floors, stain and poly, etc.] and the floors look great. Good guy, hardworking, honest. Support small business!
