Usually burgers are good considering their pricing. However, had their Blue Cheese bacon burger and was disappointed. Very little blue cheese! Not worth the price.

Had the Tillamook cheeseburger and at $ 4.19 was overpriced about $ 3.00. A purported ¼# burger, it was a thin single patty with no flavor, had I not requested extra pickle it would have been like eating just a bun. This is my 2nd time eating at Burgerville, I thought it was just bad the last time and decided to try it again… foolish me. You’re better off with a McDouble. On the upside, if you are feeling flush, the $ 3.55 regular size order of Yukon Gold Waffle Fries were the highlight!

Turkey burger, soggy… lukewarm. The walla wallas were burned on the top and the manager said ‘sorry it’s end of season’…what does that have to do with burning them? Just a horrible black eye experience with a chain I really have historically enjoyed… in the future at least not this particular location.

This is the second bleh review I’ve written about Burgerville(different locations, but still). Their food quality is much better than other fast food chains, which is why I prefer to eat there. This time was somewhat annoying to me. My boyfriend ordered a burger, and it came out looking delicious! It was huge portion for what he paid(Maybe $ 5, I wasn’t paying attention). My friend ordered the turkey on wheat, and it was big sandwich, too. I ordered the chicken strips(3), and got the wimpiest serving of chicken I’ve ever seen. I was handed a basket with 3 chicken strips in it, each maybe the size of a travel toothpaste tube. That’s it. For $ 5 I got enough food to make me want more food. We also ordered a large onion ring to share. When we said large, we assumed that mean large in quantity, not the general size of the onion rings. They were huge, one was the size of my friend’s sandwich. And there were maybe 5 of them. It was ridiculous. If only my chicken was comparable in size to those onion rings, I’d have had a satisfying meal. I love Burgerville, too. That’s what bugs me the most. I’m not mad, I’m disappointed(ouch).

I almost never write reviews, BUT I came to Burgerville tonight for Walla Walla onions. Ummm they debuted THREE days ago, I placed my order, and they«were out.» Maybe you should prepare for the rush, since it is advertised on your reader board. COMEONNOW! I know in the grander scheme of life this is a tiny setback, but this is a Burgerville fail.

This specific Burgerville is the closest to my place, unfortunately. Its location is its only redeeming value as far as I can see– they’re often out of vital ingredients(like salt for the fries, which has happened several times now. no salt on the fries and no salt packets available, allegedly.) and I’ve gotten too-cold burgers a few times, as though they’ve been sitting out for a half hour already. Sometimes it takes an exceptionaly long time for a simple order to be prepared, but that doesn’t bother me as much as the regularity with which they seem to have unavailable products(with paper handwritten«NOTAVAILABLE» signs taped over sections of the drive-through menu) and how frequently modifications are ignored outright(«no pickles» seems to yield pickles more frequently than if you just say nothing). Such a shame, I love other Burgerville locations.

Went here on Easter Sunday to get my favorite fresh strawberry short cake! We only went to the drive up, so I am writing about my experience there. The staff was fast and friendly, there was plenty of parking. We ended up getting some fries, and a cheeseburger with the special sauce. I don’t eat fast food much, but I will eat at Burgerville. Oh how I wish-don’t wish we had one in Eugene. I would probably make BV my guilty pleasure! Oh those fresh shakes… My guy asked me how my strawberry short cake was?! My response was, does a fat kid love cake! I was in hog heaven! I have been to many BV’s and most have been great! This is one of them. Very few have disappointed, I don’t know if it is mismanagement issues or what. But keep up the great work here.

Good for fast food, but a bit pricey for what it is. Their seasonal options are always very tatsy, but even more expensive than the regular items.

We love Burgerville and I can’t say we’ve ever had something bad or off there in all the years I can remember going there. Between my husband and I we’ve had just about everything on the menu and really love it all. The seasonal items like battered, fried asparagus, rosemary fries and certain sandwiches and shakes gives the menu good variety, although it’s sad when they leave… I’m not a fan of sweet potatoes, but I’ve heard good things. :-) The fish and chips are very good, but spendy! Their regular french fries are not super thin like McDonalds(which I haven’t eaten in six years, we boycotted them) but slightly thicker. If your food isn’t hot they’ll immediately replace it. Not the fastest drive thru in the world but better than going in if you’re on the go. I really like one of their salads, Bacon chicken ranch I think. It’s very fresh and comes with spring greens, lots of chicken and real, cooked and crumbled bacon, cheese and other goodies, it’s filling. The garlic auoli(sp?) is a great dipping sauce, it’s basically mayo with garlic.

Not great, but not terrible either. It’s like the PDX breed of Jack in The Box and Burger King but you somehow feel less guilty because it’s «local and sustainable.» The chocolate hazelnut milkshake is good, but my tillamook cheeseburger was luke warm, and a little«droopy.» Call me a California burger snob, but Burgerville ain’t got NOTHIN’ on In-n-out!

I originally gave them 3 stars for good food, but crappy service, specifically their inability to get a take out order right. I estimated they got it right 60% of the time. Changing my rating to 2, because the food is still good but their drive thru has gotten even worse. If I spend $ 20 for 2 people to eat fast food, you better get the order right at least SOME of the time.

Burgerville — where all other burgers are put to shame! There is just something about the fresh, locally sourced ingredients that scream«This burger will eat YOU.» As a native Oregonian living in CA, I firmly believe the glory that is Burgerville would destroy In-N-Out Burger in a taste test.

For fast food, it’s a good option and I like that it tries to stay local to the Northwest. It’s clean, the employees are nice and 3 stars one of the best rating I can give to a fast food chain.

Burgerville is one of those rare food chains that heats the premises. This alone merits stars. There is nothing worse than going somewhere, buying food, sitting down, and huddling in your coat to avoid freezing to death. In Portland, where the air conditioner is often on when it’s 40 degrees out, this is impressive. Always clean and employees friendly. I like the shakes, and the burgers are usually fresh and yummy. I did NOT have a good experience with the breakfast burrito– the tomatoes seemed like they were going bad.(I’m pretty sure this was an off day for them and not usual.) The coffee is a medium roast that appears to adversely affect my sinsuses. Medium roast coffee is just coffee that hasn’t been fully roasted, so for me… it’s like eating a green banana. What’s the point? Their coffee is well brewed and strong, just makes me ill. Still, it’s affordable and a great deal if you like medium roast. Everything else I like– the local families that come in from soccer practice, the 12 year old boys who come in to brag to each other about their great– grandads did in WII, the employees singing carols on Christmas Eve while cooking up burgers, the regular groups of seniors meeting for lunch. It makes this place feel like a small town hangout, which is not the case with other branches.

Any Burgerville is the Burgerville to be at. Hands down my fave burger fast food joint around. The SHAKES are the best for fast food and the sauce. The onion rings in the summer time(the walla walla) you can’t go wrong. Red Robins do not compare. Plus they have a rewards card too so you can save money while buying food!

First visit to Burgerville, not very impressed with the ½lb Colossal Burger! Not much of a burger for $ 6.29 and the small order of fries for $ 1.45 was very small. I can find better burgers at many places in this area for less than what Burgerville charges and get what I pay for.

The Burgerville chain is not In-N-Out, but it’s more than good enough. And they serve Breakfast, which is why I stopped in last Friday on my way to Marylhurst University. This Branch is in a nice woodsy locale and with decent views in various places among the bi-level seating choices. I had some time on my hands before my Parent-Teacher Conference, so I hunkered down with a provided copy of the Oregonian, a Breakfast Sandwich, and a decent cup of black coffee. Folks here were friendly, the food came out quick, and I appreciated the sign-up for their Rewards card. The Dining areas and Restrooms were also clean. It was a solid fast food experience that I wish I would encounter more often.

I am a big fan of Burgerville. Their seasonal menu items are fantastic, their sustainable business practices are great, and their employees are friendly and helpful. Some of my favorite seasonal menu items are the Walla Walla Onion Rings, Chocolate Cherry Milkshake/Smoothie, Strawberry Shortcake. Their regular cheeseburgers are small, but super tasty. There’s a special spread that they put on the burger that must have something addicting on it. ;) Add one to your meal and you won’t be disappointed. The Turkey Club Sandwich and Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich are really good choices too. I’m hungry, going to Burgerville now. See you there.
