McDonald’s

I just need to grab a root beer because death was eminent without one. A run through the drive thru reveals that this location carries Tillamook ice cream… WHAT??? No really… WHAT…with a freaking waffle cone? So, go here, grab some ice cream and walk around the park.

It’s McDonald’s. But it’s one of the faster ones I’ve been to. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes the drip coffee isn’t as hot as I’d like. Overall, we go for breakfast and you really can’t screw that up. Great location as its next to the river and Clackamette Park.

K, I’ll give a slight advantage because I stopped there on New Year’s Eve. BUT you don’t give your customer a bag with the fries tipped upside down inside the bag… you don’t have to do much McDonald’s employees, so please make sure to at least give a presentable package!

Awful, slow service, zombie workers, broken machines so i cant have ice cream, lazy lazy lazy.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. They’re terrible and take forever. Waited 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries, and just left. And the lady at the drive thru had her back to me the whole time while on her cell phone!!! I had to ask what was going on. She couldn’t of just turned around to tell me what was taking so long!!! The people here are a joke.

My sister and I decided to come here to get some Tillamook ice cream because we were visiting the Portland area. The cashier appeared to be new and didn’t know how to enter our orders in (2 orders of 2 scoops), so it took us about 5 minutes to place this order. Of course, he gave us some attitude and carried out the task somewhat resentfully. The lady who scooped the ice cream gave us chocolate instead of chocolate peanut butter and insisted it was chocolate PB because she had just opened a new tub. Believe me, lady, I know what peanut butter tastes like.
Honestly, most McDonalds aren’t that great to begin with but this time the customer service was worse than usual.

Usually my go to Mc’s, because the one up the hill is franchised and the owner is cheap as all get out. Today was not so good. Cash only, long wait, and my order was inaccurate. Oh well.

This is the worst Mc D’s in the area. If it’s the last one standing, I’d keep on drivin and eat my arm before I’d darken the doors of this so called «establishment».
I stood at the counter with my 3 kids without even an nod, «we’ll be with you in just a moment» nada (perhaps if I had all 6 kids with me and made a scene THEN they would have seen me). The worker (no offense against him) was having one helluva time getting the smoothie poured into the cups and managed to get more outside he cup than in. Other workers walking around like they were actors auditioning for The Walking Dead. When I asked for the manager to explain this crapfest that was happening and he needs to have people that address customers, his only response was «ok, thank you»
It’s a warmer day here in PDX and it felt like it was 180* inside with no air going even to circulate the stall, nastiness
Needless to say, done with Clackamette McD’s can suck it. And this was a second try. No 3rds here

I’m giving a 5 Star rating not because of the food. I’m giving a 5 star rating because of the staff. I came in today expecting the usual transactional experience from McDonalds that I’m used. Mechanical and robotic, cold and unfriendly. But today I can say without a doubt that I’m surprised. The store manager named Jonathan was extremely friendly, welcoming, and human. Addressing me as person and not a sale. Though I made a simple purchase, he made sure to show his appreciation and help. I was not expecting this and still surprised that I’m even writing a review on them. Yet, even when my fries came out cold… The staff were quick to fix the issue and share their apologies. That’s what made me enjoy today’s visit. It’s people that make difference.

GROSS GROSS GROSS. in the past this place has always gotten my order wrong or they take forever to get the food out. I decided to come back after they remodeled thinking it might be better. The place looks nice but when we walked in there were hundreds of flies everywhere. All the tabkes were sticky and dirty. I have given it a second chance and now I will never come back. Absolutely disgusting.

This is seriously one of the worst McDonald’s restaurants I have ever been to. There are consistently out of ice or their credit card/​debit card machine is always broken, so they only have to except cash. They’re also terrible about letting you use coupons. they simply won’t let you use coupons because «there isn’t a button for it». Also, the inside is consistently filthy.

I am done with this McDonalds, this establishment is poorly managed. The tables are sticky and need to be cleaned. The garbage is always full inside and out. My main complaint is the dirty soda fountain. Small little fruit fly like bugs swarming the soda and ice machine. This review is based on at least 10 visits to this specific McDonalds and the lack of cleanliness. I do not recommend dining here.

I don’t eat at McDonalds very often but when I do its because I’m on the road and need something quick. Well quick this place is not. We just pulled into the drive thru to grab a shake and four U2 songs later we’re still three cars back from the window.
So much for a quick stop :\

Sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes to get one item. Finally had to pull out and leave, paid for but without my item because I had somewhere to be. There was one car in front of me with apparently a large order. Plenty of parking spaces they could have had them pull over to. I rarely go to McD’s but for sure will not be back to this one.

The service at this location sucks. In the summer time you may not get ice, they do not tell you this until you get your large coke. The fries seem to always be cold and 25% of the time they mess your order up, I only go here because they have ple boat/​rv parking and next door there is a empty lot semi trucks can park in. If your passing by on the freeway keep going they have better Mcdonalds at exit 10 going south and exit 12 going north (truck parking here)

Fast Food Drive Thru. Those four words would seem to indicate that you can conveniently stay in your car and pick up sustenance in a fairly short amount of time. Not true of this store.
I don’t know what the problem is but I consistently spend at least 5 minutes getting through the drive thru here. And many times that’s with only one other car in front of me. I’ve spent as much as 15 minutes if there are more than 2 cars before me.
Maybe the customers ordering are very particular and ordering their food prepared especially for them (no pickles, extra onions, light mayo) but still… I don’t seem to run into this problem at any of the other stores.
Unfortunately this is one of the only fast food joints close to my job so I struggle through about once a week, grumbling all the time. In fact, the last two times I actually went inside to order. Nope, that was not any better.
