I noticed that their burger patty’s have shrunk in size. I had not saw a burger that small since A&W sold«Baby Burgers» decades ago. Most everything except the fries are precooked. They do have free cable TV and the workers are pretty good. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work sometimes, so one star deducted for that. I don’t think it works at the Clackamas Wendy’s very well, either. Plus it’s winter now, so please turn on the heat.

Don’t come to this location. If you must go to a Wendy’s, the next nearest location I can recommend is on 82nd Dr. in Clackamas off Exit 12 on I-205. Most of the time, the useless staff here will get your order wrong. Coming here at night is a big mistake. The chicken nuggets are always old like they were overcooked and sitting out for over an hour. They’re my favorite item on the menu, yet they always manage to fuck it up. Even when they were making us fresh chili, they still gave us 1 day old nuggets. If you’re gonna use a slogan like«Fresh, never frozen,» at least keep it consistent. I’m pretty sure other locations are as pathetic as this one. I live really close to this one so it’s the reason why I go to this location. I’ll now have to re-consider because my money is better spent elsewhere, even if it means an extra 5 – 10 minute drive. At least I know the food will be better and it’s also open an hour later. Edit: So this location isn’t as bad now. Seems they got rid of their crappy teenage staff so service is a little better now. I still wouldn’t trust going to this drive-thru though.

Ok, so normally I am a big fan of Wendy’s. I am just not a fan of the employees. They are very much into their lives there. It’s kind a like your walking in to the tv show of the Wendy’s employees instead of walking in to order your meal. I’m saying this ’cause there has been many times where I have ordered a drink repeated many times my order and they didn’t get it and i had to repay for it. Or I got half a box of fries and had to re go up to get a full box or go back in to refill the box. OR get the correct order for my sandwich. Or get something else they forgot. It is normally with the same 2 people once in awhile this other person. It is kind of like can we all act like grown up and professionals, take peoples orders, and then talk about ourselves and our messed up nights during our break or after wrk? So we can stop messing up peoples orders?!? I and I am sure others would appreciate that. Otherwise I am a fan of Wendy’s.

The place is clean and comfortable. The music is too loud and annoying. The service was good and my order was delivered relatively quickly and it was accurate. The strawberry tea tasted watered down and was a big disappointment as was there touted steak house burger. It seems like Wendy’s has lost their way. While they used to be my favorite burger joint, the magic left a few years ago and no matter how much optimism I bring in the door every six months or so, it just isn’t what I remembered and only lets me down.

Welcome to Wendy’s. You’ll be glad you didn’t choose McDonald’s. So yeah, major fast food chain. Same food you’ll get at all the other bazillion ones. 4 stars for being better than every one in the Portland area but –1 star for botching my order a small handful of times. Friendly staff the place is usually clean. Now that Dave Thomas isn’t running the show the chain is going the way of KFC, Taco Bell and A&W(which is honestly, bar none the worst fast food in Portland). Hopefully somebody wrenches control from a «board of directors» and rules the roost while having a sense of quality like old Dave T did. Rest in peace big guy. Follow Carl’s Jr lead!

The French fries were so flaccid a year’s supply of Viagra would not have fixed them. I had ordered a Number 2 meal which includes a Quarter pound cheese burger. The burger had a yellow sliver of lettuce, so wilted you could use it like plastic wrap. I found the beef; but it was dry a completely void of taste. This culinary catastrophe set me back ten bucks. Part of this price was paid for a sugary congealed fat and corn syrup bevarage which they call a frosty. In the true sense of the word, I was served a number # 2.

This is your typical fast food fare. The service behind the counter is not very friendly, however they do have a mentally challenged gentleman that cleans up in the dining room who is very nice. They are very stingy with their ketchup packets in the drive thru. Had to ask 3 times for more ketchup and only ended up getting 6 of them and the lady was obviously annoyed by my requests. Decent food and they aren’t kidding about being fast. Lightning speed, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get my food here.
