Ordered the mushrooms, zucchini and a spinach/​tomato/​mushroom pizza. Staying at a local hotel. Delivered promptly, good prices and the food was pretty good!

Not a fan of Vernon pizza, won’t deliver to my house. They have my address confused with someone else. I tried to straighten it out, but it didn’t work out. Thusly I won’t get pizza from them, not even a pickup. Their los s of business.

Ordered a Taco pizza and it was awful. The cheese wasn’t melted all the way and tomatoes were not ripe. called and complained and they just showed no interest unless I ran the pizza all the way back to them. Well I wasn’t gonna do that and was insulted enough by the managers tone. I’ve never been back and never will !

Disappointed. I ordered a pizza from here and a pizza establishment in Valpo on Dec 5th. Aurelio’s didn’t give me any price over the phone, while the other place did. Aurelio’s sausage on there pizza was way over cooked. The other place gave me price and was done perfectly. This is not what I expected from Aurelio’s. I never ordered from either place, but I don’t know if I would order again? I’m sorry about it.

This is the second time they have been located in Portage. The original place is now Gelsosomo’s and makes a great pie.
We get this when we don’t want to wait as long for our pizza.
The pizza is good and I think the prices are reasonable. Good usually costs more. It isn’t Pappa John’s or Pizza Hut, so you are going to pay more and you’re going to get a better pizza.
We just ordered for pick up and they said 20 minutes. Always friendly staff, always quick if you’re picking an order up.
Only gets 4 stars because it isn’t Gelsosomo’s, but it’s close.

I grew up very close to the original Homewood Aurelio’s Pizza and this place is just as good as the original. They are always very pleasant on the phone and my pizza always comes hot and right on time. I feel sorry for anyone who’s too cheap to spend the dough for this pizza as it is one of Chicago’s original pizza places at its finest. Most the food out here is pretty gross and tasteless especially the Chinese food so I was very happy to find a real pizza place in this area. My only beef is they don’t have any place to sit down and have a nice family meal. Would be awesome if they had seating and servers.

We ended up not purchasing a pizza. We called with the hopes that we would be able to experience the pizza our friends told us about. Instead, we decided to call another restaurant for pizza after hearing the prices for their pizza. Our suggestion would be to provide more reasonable pricing, or at least deals for larger parties.

The pizza is amazing and always will be, its far better than any other pizza in town, and its not a 5.00 little cesaer pizzza, so be prepared to spend 20 bucks to eat but you know what its worth it! I know personally everything is fresh on a daily basis from the dough to the cheese which is ground in the store! Nothing on the menu is frozen before use except for maybe the frech fries. So if you havent tried aurelios lately check it out, they have alot of coupons every where so just look and you can save a little!!!

I lived in Portage, IN for a brief 8 months. While I was there, I had the pleasure of living next to a known sex offender (good times). I also had the pleasure of living down the street from Aurelio’s Pizza. Their pizza is one step below disgusting… so that would make it what?
I ordered Aurelio’s a few times, and I was equally disappointed each time. Their thin crust pizza was bland, and hard. You could tell it was previously frozen and thrown into an oven. The toppings are bland and unappetizing.
If you find yourself in Portage, IN, try to avoid this pizza place for your own sake.

Very decent Gelsosomo’s style pizza. For about the same price, you can get just about the same pizza and extras as the local Gelsosomo’s restaurant. (This isn’t a bad thing, they bought the sauce off of the owners years back, it’s really good stuff).
The inside isn’t anything incredible, very basic, nothing pretty, just a pickup counter really last time I checked, they cook the pizzas and you pick them up.
If you like Gelsosomo’s or pizza in general and have some extra money to spend, check it out.
