Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would! I’m a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and normally I don’t have any issues with their food or service. I went here last week with my family for some wings and beer and they had the traditional bones special that night. We ordered a bunch of different flavors alongside other food and drinks. After I bit into one of my wings, I noticed it was not cooked. I could actually see the blood on the wing. I notified my waiter who then got the manager. The manager asked if we would like new food otherwise he would take care of the bill for us and since we had waited long enough for the food as it was, we just decided to let him take care of the bill as he mentioned.
When we got the check, the manager had only taken off $ 5 from our bill. Apparently the flavor we ordered that had the uncooked meat was taken off the bill. From my understanding, all their wings are cooked the same way and then the sauce is applied. So realistically, there could have been uncooked wings in any of the flavors we ordered.
I was very disappointed with the lack of concern the manager had regarding his uncooked food. That had serious potential to get someone sick. Not only that, he made us pay for our bill when he provided us with potentially harmful food. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food at this location.

The most inconsistent of restaurants I’ve ever been to. 50% of the staff always gives you attentive service while the other 50% doesn’t care if they ever see you again, (read: doesn’t care if they receive a tip or not.)
The wings could be out of this world, or they can be fatty and chewy. Sometimes the wings come out piping hot with copious amounts of sauce, or they can have that film over them with minimal sauce that tastes like they’ve sat under a heat lamp for hours.
It’s a lottery when you eat here depending if you’re lucky or not for a good experience. For two people including drinks, you’ll spend $ 40+ here easily… not a ‘fast food’ option but sometimes comes with the fast food service.
I had a poor experience here once and deemed it necessary to file a complaint with the General Manager. He offered to comp our next meal and to simply mention his name to the waiter/​waitress and it would be taken care of. We did as he instructed after a decent meal (lucky us!) and the woman Hispanic assistant manager treated us like we were scum of the Earth for complaining and was confused to why we complained. Unreal.
I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and the ambiance to watch a football game Sunday night to unwind, but the ever rising prices, inconsistent food, inconsistent service makes me lean towards a competitor such as Wings Etc in Valpo. At least this place is cleaner and better than Quaker Steak & Lube! (Not saying much!)
I addressed my concerns to the Board of Directors of BW3s and that fell on deaf ears. I guess they’re not concerned about the service or quality at their restaurants… as long as the beers are flowing and patrons are willing to spend $ 3 for a beer and $ 12 for sauced chicken nuggets…

The sign when you walk in tells you the daily drink specials, and then when you try to order them the computer won’t give you the proper price. How hard is it to erase the sign that offers you a special the computer won’t let you purchase?

I sat at the bar and ordered sum wing at 8:29pm and now its 9:19pm and counting and still nothing. It’s not like its super busy. Bar server sucks. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this bww. It took over 40mins for someone to come and bring the wings that I don’t even want anymore and not only that. They put the sauce on the wings and I asked for it in the side.

The place was packed when we showed up, but the bar area was a great option. Service is friendly and the wing are tasty.

This is literally the worse bdubs on the entire planet. If there was one in the slums of Rio I’m sure it would still be better then this location. The manager is just as useless as her shitty employees with shitty attitudes. I did have a server ONCE who was awesome and myself being a bartender I tip according to service. She got a very large tip! But I will never spend a single dime in that place ever again.

Do you not have 30 T.V.s of every different sport in front of your eye sockets right now and wish there was some place you didnt have to keep switching sport channels every commercial?
Did I mention they have beer? And food if that’s you’re thing.

Excellent service. Megan you are awesome!!! Never waited for our drinks and we learned that Wednesday is kids night, with coloring and crafts! Thank you B-​DUBS!!! Try the big jack daddy burger.

Great service and great food. They have the best wings! If u don’t like wings the burgers and the wraps are good as well. And you can always catch the games one one of the tvs there.

This location has gotten better over the years. New Ghost Pepper flavor is awesome. The service is usually good and the food is usually out at a decent time. Gets crowded sometimes.

Typical food, typical service. I have had good and bad. However, they do have a lot of beers on tap. Friends hang out there so is stop in occasionally.

Love the wraps and the hamburgers oh and the bloody marts and the lightning lemonade just delish

Typical B-​dubs with one exception they have piss poor customer service at best. The general manger is a joke here when I had a problem is just walked away. The other manger that was in training lied to me twice. The staff at this location are slow and always mess up my order I think I need to try a different place for wings or maybe just go to a different location. I just know the one in Portage is awful and the general manger is rude I would avoid this place if can your bound to have a problem with something at the Portage location.

Typical B-dub’s as far as food, never had a problem with service here. Definitely better than Portage’s other chain wing offerings.

Its your normal Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Just to try something different than the wings, I had their burger with American cheese/​onions/​ketchup and bacon… wow the taste was pretty damn good…

What a joke. Would be a good place to start a sports bar, wait staff TERRIBLE! I go easy on wait staff as a rule, but they are a joke here… Management, wake up!

Typical BWW. Decent service. Good wings. Got the mango habanero and spicy garlic. Both were cooked good and sauced right.

I love hot wings, yes I do. This is probably one of my
favorite spots to eat them.
I love the spicy garlic and my hubby always gets asian zing.
I love that one too!
And I’ve tried sooo many hot wings but I keep coming back
to BW3, it’s just something about the way they cook them
and those sauces.
The drinks are pretty good too, and I love the many tv’s
and sports theme of the place.
I always come back for more!
