So let’s face it, you’re probably looking at this because you’re in the area, and options are limited, and you just want to be assured that it’s a decent burger place. Luckily it’s more than that — burgers are quite good, fries are excellent, they’re reasonably quick. The bacon on the burgers was a lot nicer than most places. So yeah, no need to drive to Port Angeles, you can just stop here and get some goodies.

Amazing burgers and fries. We always stop here when we head to lake Sutherland for camping. Great way to start off the weekend. A little on the pricey side but the portions are appropriate for the cost associatesd.

Never mind that where I come from, a woman’s caboose isn’t something you’d want to eat anything out of – this is a good, old fashioned hamburger stand. It’s a good place to stop when you don’t have a lot of time, but you don’t want to go to a disgusting fast food chain. It’s also pretty much the last thing you’re going to find if you’re heading west. Unfortunately there is no covered area to eat in, so if it’s raining you’ll have to eat in the car, and the portable toilet out back is not for customers. In case you’re tempted to pee on the ground in front of it, like I was, they have a sign explaining that the girls in the kitchen can see your wiener. I was especially thankful for literacy that day. It would have been pretty embarrassing to have become a sex offender for a little vindictive urinating.

This place has great hot dogs and burgers. Their onion rings were super crispy and very thick. I also tried their fried mushrooms which were really good. I imagine to keep costs down, condiments are only available on request and extras are 30 cents. Prices were very reasonable and you may be surprised by the diversity of the menu(i.e. fried mushrooms). This place is a little hard to find, if you are traveling West-bound, look for it on your right just before the WA-101 and WA-112 split. There is a small dirt parking lot and grassy picnic area a few feet to the west.
