I’ve recently moved to port Angeles and have come to realize that every fast food place here is way better quality then any where else I’ve been. The lady here was a sweetheart and didn’t seem/​act like a bitch like most fast food employees. The food was delicious the tacos were even crispy! Usually the two tacos are so soggy and so are the fries but everything was awesome and delicious. Keep it up PA

First the girl at the register charged us for an extra burger, noticed, and didn’t tell us. When we noticed she said shes just gunna give us the burger anyways… had to ask for a refund 3 times. Then when we finally got it we left and were missing a sandwhich… womp

Unfortunately it’s not the best fast food experience, as it’s a hot mess… the kitchen is so dirty, write, like food everywhere in there, makes me think they have a cleanliness issue… does that cross over to the food?

This place is a train wreck. Under cooked greasy food that isn’t even hot. It’s dirty as well, there were countless little flies buzzing around. I will never eat at Jack in the Box again. To this day, no matter what city, they’ve all been the same. This one takes the cake.

I guess my first time here was the charm because it was ok… however my luck may have run out quickly because the second time I was here was kind of a mess. I was the first in line but didn’t get my order until last, supposedly even though they printed out a ticket for me it didn’t show up in the system so when I asked where my order was after 10 minutes they told me it didn’t show up. I had already paid for it and they offered a free dessert. 20 minutes later I finally got to sit down to eat. The food tastes alright, but I hope things improve… according to most of the reviews I see here.

WORST EVER! There is a clear and present drug issue here. Everyone speaks loudly and with foul language, RIGHT IN THE MANAGERS OFFICE, WITH THE DOOR OPEN FOR ALL TO HEAR. This is an HR nightmare, sexual harassment, terrible service. The manager is not a manager. Drug test these kids, you might save a couple of lives. Oh, did i Mention one piece of bacon on my bacon ultimate? Heard there was a bad meth problem in this town, one visit here and it’s clear. Can’t understand an owner that would EVER allow this.

We went through the drive through last night and ordered two sandwiches and 2 salads… only to find out as we got to the other side of town there were no salads, only dressing. THEN no one would answer the phone, we called repeatedly. Better check your bags before you leave the parking lot!

This place screwed up my order several times. If you go during «off» hours, expect the food to be cold. The regional manager did little to remedy the problems, and lied about giving me a gift card. The only reason I did not give it 1 star is that it is only bad about 50% of the time. I doubt I will go back Again though. Take some pride please.

Unilocal wants me to write more stuff so let me just reiterate: this is the slowest Jack-​in-​the-​Box you will ever go to in your life. Plan ahead.

Not the best fast food experience. Brenda messed up our order the first time. The second time she charged us for food we never even ordered. I’m giving it three stars because Cheyenne was really nice and fixed everything!

Yucky, yucky, yucky.
We needed something fast (problem #1 — as slow as molasses)
We wanted something different (problem #2 — we got different all right, the greasiest food ever.)
If you have eaten here before and can tolerate it, good for you. If you are driving by and want to try it, don’t do it. I could feel my stomach cramping up with all of the grease. Gross gross gross!
Service needs help too. Sorry to be so harsh but I think they need to know, this is not how you serve food.
