Never answered the phone. We ordered else where. The hours were posted online as well as an ad and it wasn’t when they were closed.

We ordered delivery to a hotel near by. That was just in time, huge portions. The food was good.

Never will I return ugh

I just received a menu in the mail for Sam’s Teriyaki House and at the top it reads «under new management», this should have been the first sign of trouble. I was in need of a quick, decent meal after a day of travel and I decided to try it out. I ordered the General Tso’s dinner special, this comes with fried rice and a choice of two sides for $ 9.00, I went egg roll and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon had absolutely no crab, not even fake crab, and it was completely flavorless. This was the case with the egg roll as well, absolutely no flavor, it was very bland and filled with nothing but cabbage. The fried rice was basically fried soy sauce mush. The highlight was the mediocre General Tso’s chicken that clearly was made from a can of sauce and some frozen to fried breaded chicken bites. If you are looking for chinese take out you should look somewhere else, Sam’s has managed to redefine what bad chinese takeout is. Even the fortune cookie was bad, it was stale.
