There were no customers at the rest stop plaza in Plymouth. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes with no one coming up front to take my order. A woman employee just looked at me with no acknowledgement that I was there. The male coworker was in the back doing God knows what. I threw up my hands and walked away.

The absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Waited 20 minutes at drivethru with no response. Huge line of people beeping. Wife walked inside to see what was going on and people were overwhelmed inside too, ridiculous

McD’s is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Being a local I have stopped in several times, service is consistently slow every time I go. Don’t know if they don’t have enough help, are incompetent or just unorganized. Today was my last visit.

We where on the road to cape cod and needed to eat so we were looking for fast food. When we pulled up to the drive thru we ordered a quarter pounder and fries, they told us to pull into the parking lot and they would give us our meal in 2 minutes, becauae they said the fries are not ready. 10 minutes later still no fries so we walk into the store and ask why our meal was not ready. Apparently they had our meal and forgot we where in parking lot waiting. I thought fast food was supposed to be fast.
