Awesome employees with great attitudes! CONSISTENTLY Awesome food! I can always count on The pizza factory for a quick and accurate order whether it’s ten pizzas at lunch or dinner for my family and I after a long day of work. Great job pizza factory staff!

Stopped by on a whim on the way back from Plymouth. The pizza here was great and the crust was perfect. The wings were spicy and not the same sauce everyone else uses. The turkey club was fresh and really delicious! We will definitely be back if we come through this way again!

Honestly — best pizza around. Pizza is awesome — a lot cheese — not too big of crust and cooked perfectly. Big fan

They don’t wear gloves when making the pizza. I hate that! I watched a young girl make a calzone without wearing gloves and then slather olive oil all over it with her fingertips before putting it into the oven. Screw that mentality of «well, it’s going into the oven so why do I need to wear gloves?» and wear the @#$#-ing gloves!

I usually get pizza from there on Saturdays which is typical Greek style thin crust pan cooked pizza. A bit greasy but flavorful crust is crispy and cheese blend is flavorful. Today however I got and Italian sub that was one of the best I have ever had and believe me I have had many. It had a good amount and combination of thinly sliced mortadella ham salami meats in it provolone and and fresh crisp vegetables. The bread was fresh and the oil and vinegar blend was tasty. Nice job guys we will be back many times.

I stopped in for lunch ordered my food asked if I wanted anything else I said yes I want a drink walked to fridge to get it. When I came back the girl was on the phone. I asked I’m sorry is this a bad time. After she got off no apology or nothing what a rude ***** won’t be returning and will be calling the manager.

It was late and close to the Hilton we were staying at. I got a meatball sub… it was edible but I’ve had way better subs. Not enough cheese at all. The bread was good though. My stomach wasn’t very please with my choice the next morning.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat as I was out doing errands. The girl working the counter was very friendly and took my order right away. The food was cooked to order and came out pretty quick. I ordered the steak-bomb sub. The roll was top quality! BUT the steak was a little dry and the peppers were not cooked — still crunchy. It was tasty though. The restaurant was clean and ample seating.

Our plan was to head to downtown Plymouth to split a pie at The Upper Crust. Then we saw the flashing sign on Rt. 3 indicating a «waterfront festival» in the harbor– ixnay on the izzapay? Surely there would be no parking and mobs and mobs of tourists. We pulled off on Exit 5. We found the Long Pond Pizza Factory in a strip mall near Home Depot. The restaurant itself is new and large, with a dozen tables inside and two tables outside. There was a range of bottled beers lined up against the wall behind the registers. I always say that the best way to judge a pizza place is by a cheese pie– if they can’t get that right, there’s no hope. We ordered a large cheese and a side of onion rings and grabbed bottled sodas from the cooler. The pizza is thin and Greek/House of Pizza style, definitely not my thing. It also had more grease than the Oxy Pads of a high school chess team. We had found Long Pond and it was on top of our pizza. MVP: The battered onion rings. They were actually pretty good and seemed to be made in-house. LVP: The pizza. We soldiered through out of pure hunger. I was offered the last piece and my response was«do I have to?» Save your bones for something better.

It’s food, but the other reviews are right – this stuff sits in your stomach and somehow gets heavier after you eat. There are many other choices in Plymouth for pizza.
