It’s 10:13 pm on Thursday, May 12. My differently abler family went to Burger King to get a quick bite to eat in the drive thru, and we had asked for 4 five-for-four meals and he told us we couldn’t buy more than two from the drive through. I wanted four meals, so I told him I had never heard of such a rule. Finally he said for us to go to the window but he would run them up separately. When we saw him in the window, he said it wasn’t his rule, and that it was the manager and he was just«Saving his own a**» because he’s got a time limit set from corporate from the drive through and the boss would yell at him. I can’t believe a cashier worker would ever use that kind of language! I could have had children in the car, and they would’ve heard him swearing. Needless to say, we went to McDonald’s.

There are few things that annoy me more than filthy dining rooms and filthy bathrooms and this Burger King location, as I sit here, has both. The ketchup dispenser is out of order. The urinal is out of order. There was a fly flying around the kitchen because the back door was left open. I don’t believe that we should accept less just because we’re eating at a fast food establishment. I just want to stop in to a place while on the road for work without feeling disgusted by filth.

ok ok… let me clarify some things that have happened at this particular bk in the past 6 – 10 months, and explain why you should go there now. i’ve worked at the shell in the same building for the past 7 months, and before that i worked close by and would always stop by for lunch at 12 p.m.. back then they had a non caring, horribly lazy manager who did not give a poop about anything, and the food/staff/dining room suffered horribly for it. when i would come in for lunch i would have to RUN over, in the hopes i beat my co-workers to the front of the line, just to get my food within ten minutes… which would leave me about 10 mins to eat and 5 for a cig(and leave anyone else behind me about 5 – 1 min to eat).just slow as all heck and too much sauce and soggy food. i agree with all the other Unilocalers about this bk until about 4 months ago, when they fired the terrible manager, hired on a great new one(fantastic girl) and got rid of ALL of the rude lazy employees. now the drivethru always seems rather busy, people are actually disapointed when they are closed(i should know as they close at 11 and im open all night) and the 3 new guys are much better on the grill than anyone they had 4 months ago. corporate finally realized how bad the store was and cleaned house. not to say they are perfect but i suggest giving them a try now. like i said, new people and better food

This Burger King was a huge disappointment to us. It deserves NO stars. We came here after doing the tourist things(Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II, etc) for a quick lunch. One person tried ordering the BBQ bacon whopper, but was told there was no bacon. He then tried ordering the mushroom Swiss burger, and was told there was no mushrooms. That got corrected to being mushrooms in the freezer, and he was told that his burger would take longer because the mushrooms were frozen. He said that was fine. He also ordered mozzarella sticks, but did not get any. At least he was charged for that. When his burger came, it was very small(a mini whopper) and the mushrooms were cold. Bleh. When I ordered a frozen orange juice, I was told those were discontinued. If they are discontinued, then why are there pictures on the window of it? Why is it still on the digital menu sign? When our order came out, I was given the wrong sandwich and had to go back to the counter to get the correct one. At least that was easy. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ive had ok experiences here seldom, but for years its become horrible, The service whenever you go is very slow, The restaurant itself just looks like a water bucket and mop where put to it and with no other cleaning whatsoever. The Staff is rude, for example if you ask about an item or perhaps«want it your way» with a burger with different ingredients they act as if your inconveniencing them. Isnt«Have is your way» the slogan? I Once ordered from the drive threw and asked for a burger order but i forgot to order another meal for someone back home when i asked at the window for it and that i could go inside to wait the older woman just told me I was holding up the line very nasty like and harshly snatched the money out of my hand. The worst time i went there was late one night when across the street mcdonalds was full of cars via drivethrew so i decided on Burger king would be quicker as they had no cars in line(shock). After ordering my food and what i do is pull off to the side to look at my order to make sure its all there, I kid you not there was a fry container large with only two french fries inside it, i had to pull around and go back threw the drive threw again and bang on the window the girl before i could say anything makes a «tch» sound with her mouth and grabs the container fills it tosses it back at me and im fuming at this point so i go off on her but she just shuts the window and sits down on a box. Heres The thing about Burger King, if you have a complaint they will not let you do it online! You have to Call them or send a letter. If you call youll be put on a long waiting period after talking to a machine. If you write a letter they wont contact you. The reason why the plymouth Burger King is so bad is because its a real pain in the rear to complain to get things fixed, you feel like your being punished to get into contact with the main office, for them not even to care. The Last time i went to Burger King was a few weeks ago and there was nothing on my whoppers almost nothing, no sauce, no onions, ketchup anything but Lettace that had brown and black leaves? At this point i dont even think burger king serves anything fresh and their staff is beyond help at this point. Just avoid this, they will only stay open because fo tourists and passers by to the cape or Boston, but if you live around here just know the one on exit 9 is better then exit 6’s and to avoid exit 6 Plymouth at all costs

I never eat fast food, but rolled through this BK one hungover morning(11 am). I was floored by the service. The girl at the register was a doll, and the manager had me laughing too. The food came up really fast. It was pretty good for fast food. A lil too much mayo, woulda preferred more ketchup instead, but it was fine. More than anything, the service was great. If I was a frequent fast fooder, this would b my spot. Clean bathrooms too. :)

Other reviewers could not be more correct. While I prefer Burger King over other fast food restaraunts, the Plymouth BK is exceptionally and unapolagetically awful. The service is so aggrivatingly slow, food quality poor, dining room very unclean. How the manager of this BK still has his job is a mystery to me. Have been in the drive through for over 30 minutes almost every time. I recommend you go to BK in Kingston or Wendy’s.

This BK isn’t closed but it should be. I went there a looooooooooong time ago(years) and suspected the«food poisoning» I got was either from that or something else I ate. I avoided it until yesterday. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and my husband got a breaded chicken sandwich. Within hours, we were both ill — unfortunately I was at work and not in the comfort of my own home and it was really embarrassing and upsetting to have to deal with that and to have no remedy on hand because I figured hey, how much can they screw up a grilled chicken sandwich without me noticing? Apparently a lot. Save yourself the trouble — the turn in here is awful anyway, just take an extra 5 minutes and drive to the Kingston BK.
