I visit this location once a month because my waxing shop is next door, and after 5 years I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve had the Santa Barbara and Ahi Tuna burgers, as well as their onion rings, but my favorite is their regular Charburger with an order of tempura green beans. Patty is cooked just right, the green beans are served with ranch dipping sauce(though even without ranch the seasonings in the batter are out of this world). The staff is always courteous. At lunch the line can be long, but it moves fast. I can’t look at burgers from In-N-Out the same anymore because The Habit burgers are grilled better and are more substantial in size. My mouth is watering while writing this!

Went on a day trip with friends over the summer. We made a stop at The Habit for lunch. Quick and easy. The food was great, prices were low, and the place is clean. Will definitely eat here again if Im in the area.

I’ve concluded that The Habit is an upscale version of McDonald’s. For one thing, they use beef, not mystery meat. More important, if you’ve been to one Habit, then you know what to expect at any Habit: high-quality burgers in a hip environment at a low cost. Between the three of us, we’ve now been to four Habits in the 925. They’re all very good. We went to the one in Pleasanton tonight, and it was consistent with the others: good. Me: Jalapeño burger. The Hunny: Bacon cheeseburger. The Girl: grilled cheese. We all loved our food. A burger with jalapenos on it could overdo it on the peppers, to the point where you can’t enjoy the rest of the burger. The Habit does not do that; its amount of peppers was just right, adding the right amount of flavor and spicyness without being overpowering. As in other Habits, you should expect two waits, one to place the order and one to get the food. Still, we were in-n-out in 40 minutes, and I usually budget an hour for a meal. So even with a wait, it’s still not a big investment of time. If you’re at the County Fair, please don’t eat their food, come here instead. If you work in the Koll Center, this is a short walk. I don’t think we’ll eat here any more, though, because there’s a Habit scheduled to open two miles from our house in a short time :-p

There isn’t much for me to say. Habit seems to do a great job like their counter part such as In and Out. The place is always kept clean and neat. Most employees I have dealt with are super friendly and helpful. I usually order the tri tip sandwich or Santa Barbara burger. Both are consistently good. My favorite thing to order here is onion rings. For some reason, their onion rings have a very crispy touch every bite. The onion itself never gets pull out of the crispy shell whenever I eat it. Excellent! Highly recommend

HOLYMOTHEROFALLBURGERS. I’ve never been to the Habit Burger Grill. Until today that is. Everyone always told me it was so good that I had to try it. Months later, that is exactly what I did. I was expecting more In-N-Out quality burgers, but no. Not at all. Habit Burger surprised me in the best way possible. I ordered a Double Char with swiss cheese and bacon, a side of fries, and a drink. Grand total? $ 10, not bad at all. Especially considering it was quite possibly the BEST burger I have eaten in years. I don’t how they do it, but they did it. The meat is so flavorful and they are generous with toppings and fries. Also, they have amazing Strawberry Lemonade. I love that they don’t make it too sweet, because normally I have to cut it with water or something. Everything at this restaurant is on point! Service was excellent and friendly today, I can’t remember the girls name, but she was really nice. Food came out super quick, and we left happily and stuffed to the brim with delicious burgers. My friend also agreed that it was the best burger she ever ate. I think we found our new go-to burger place.

My guilty indulgence previously disappointed me as you may have read in my previous review. I was immediately contacted by a lovely woman who shared her concern with me and even assured me the district manager would know if the incident. Mud happens. Aloof happens. Glad apologies were extended on behalf of the company. #bekindtooneanother
