Not so good service, but I think it depends more on who does your nails. A man did mine (I think there is only one man working there); I got a full set of gel nails. When he was filing the sides, he cut into my skin four separate times. I told him he made me bleed, and I know there wasn’t much he could do, but what bothered me is he put the file he used on me (which now has my blood particles on it) back in his pile where he will be using it on someone else. That is extremely unsanitary. Where he cut me was still bleeding the next day. I wouldn’t come here due to sanitary reasons, but if you decide to come anyway, don’t let the guy do it. I won’t be back.

The staff is pretty nice. But the services are sub par. I’ve been there many times, and spent a lot of money there. I will not be back after my last visit. Sprung for a shellac mani, a pedi, and eyebrow wax. After a couple days my no chip manicure was chipping (I did nothing different from my daily routines) also I find it ironic that they have a no food past this point sign in the back yet the staff is constantly walking around eating. Not professional. Also the place needs a good cleaning.

This place sucks!!! It’s unsanitary and won’t stand behind their work. Paid for No Chip nail, and they started to chip within 24 hours. Complained and was told that things like that happen. Made me pay for replacement of bad nail polish. With things being as slow as they are, you would think they would want to make customers happy. Won’t be coming back!
