Good pie. The place is tiny and in a residential area, but well worth it. The waitress that took my order was very nice.

We’re from Brooklyn, in town for my boy’s soccer game checked this place out. Wow, I forgot what a ny slice tastes like. My wife had the Chicken Florentine. That was great too! It was all fantastic. I hope we play in the area again… soon.

We went here last evening. My wife got the large calzone and I ordered the veal parm. We order our meals to go. It was a beautiful evening and we waited outside on one of the two picnic tables. Had the weather not be so kind we would have had to wait in the car. The food was prepared quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean enough but being the first time I was actually here, I was shocked at how small it is. It begs for«Take Out» only. My wife’s calzone was huge! If you order the large make sure you have more than one person eating it or have a second meal in mind. My veal parmesan was over ziti and very tasty. The ziti was a little over cooked for my liking and was smashed apart when I cut into the veal. The tomato sauce was acidic and kind of bland. It stayed with me all night and repeated on me. That might be my problem although my homemade sauce doesn’t do that, as others don’t. The to go salad was average but had some very nice fresh tomatoes and greens. I very much enjoyed the bread. We will go back but it will be to try the pizza everyone is talking about.

Very solid pizza. This place is really best for take out as there is limited seating.

Yeah. Take out pizza joint out of a residential neighborhood. Looks like a converted garage lol. But seriously. Consistent great food. Some fried apps are just frozen(wings, poppers), but that’s ok. The pizza is the main attraction. I like the shrimp scampi. The toppings are great, and the crust is perfect. Thinner semi new York style. Pie cut, the sauce is very good. It does not overpower the pie, and the sweet/acidic ratio is great. The cheese is either real, or very low on the cut(many houses use blends of cheese and«cheese») This pizza is fresh. You can tell because it gets wrecked in the microwave the next day. Use an oven, or eat cold. REAL pizza doesn’t do well in the microwave. The chains pizza magically comes out perfect in 45 seconds. That is because it is engineered to do so, i.e. not real«food». Pricewise, pretty good. Not discount, but commensurate with other similar places, even a tad cheaper. Another local pizza restaurant nearby who may or may not have a drive thru could learn a thing or two about what good food tastes like. I have never gotten bad food. Only 1 delivery out of dozens and dozens over the years was ever noticeably late. The staff was apologetic, and is always friendly. Now a days that isn’t always the case. Seriously. Everybody’s taste in pizza is different. Give this a shot. You may have found your new place. I did.

This place is located in a somewhat obscure location, but considering most, if not all of their business is take out and delivery, that doesn’t matter. The pizza is one of, if not the best in Southington and their sandwiches, in my opinion, are the best. Pricing is average, not great, not bad. Very solid delivery/take out joint.

Best takeout in Southington. Dont judge a book by cover. Wings, pizza, and grinders are excellent.

After 2 years in CT, I have finally found people who can make a real Philly cheese steak. I live in Philadelphia and normally eat more than one steak every week, and since I have been staying in CT since 2011, I have tried cheese steaks at every restaurant and pizza place I stop at to try to get the taste of home. Angela’s is easily the best steak I have tried in the state. You’d be amazed at how many places mess up such an easy thing to make.(It’s a little weird you Connecticutters call them Steak ‘n Cheese, but as long it is made right, you can call it whatever you want,) YUMMY!!!

I love pizza, i mean LOVE pizza and ive tried just about all Southington has to offer… Angela’s is about as good as I’ve ever had! Crust is perfect, just the right amount of cheese and the topping are fresh and delicious… put it all together and what do you have? The perfect pie!

Based on the reviews decided to try out Angela’s. A website with a menu would have been helpful, but when I called the person taking the order was very helpful with ordering without one. The food was very good, hot and on time and I will be calling again to try the pizza.

I’ve never set foot in here, but I’ve had their food delivered lots of times where I work. Their BLTs are amazing. Angela’s is definitely very popular where I work in Cheshire, the delivery guy is there every day around noon bringing armfuls of food.

Pretty much the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Southington. And definitely the best meatball sub I’ve ever had(comparable only to this one random place in the city). It’s so unassuming, but it is delicious, and cheap! This will definitely be our go-to for delivery and/or takeout, and worth a try for sure.

Excellent food and pizza! Prices are very reasonable too. I’ve had the plain cheese and Margarita pizza, thin crust, just the right amount of cheese and not to much sauce. Really good. The salads and wraps are great too, with nice generous portions. It’s a small place mainly for take out only, they do have one table and some picnic tables out front. They also offer delivery. Whenever we are considering take out this place is always a top choice.
