It’s funny to me how people will anonymously write a review that totally blasts a company. To me it seems very unfair. I have shopped at Ali’s numerous times. Every single time they are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to treat people right. Not just me, but others who are there at the same time. Getting good customer service is as much about who you are as it is about who a company is. You get what you give. Don’t worry about shopping at Ali’s. They really are a great bunch from Greg on down.

These guys are CROOKS! Wrong rock delivered (their ERROR!) They were suppose to come back and get. No call/​no show. Owner said I was ridiculous for taking time off to meet him. Refund never issued despite Several attempts at contacted them. I had to hire someone else to come remove the 2 yards of incorrect stone just left here! Charges disputed with CC company, BBB and consumer protection notified. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD!
