My kids and I had lunch here. I had the eggplant parm and it was very, very good. The garlic bread was really yummy! Chicken soup tastes homemade and was delish. My kids loved their meals. Décor is dated and I was worried when we walked in. But overall, reasonably priced and good food!

I can eat the lasagna pizza here everyday if it wouldn’t make me totally fat!!! I don’t know what else to say, this year on my birthday that was my dinner, and trust me and my wife are foodies and eat at the best of the best restaurants in ct. Tonys is a real gem in the Cheshire Southington area, please stop in and give em a chance, you’ll be blown away!!!

I have searched the entire area for the best pizza and even developed a spreadsheet and rating system and Tony’s pizza is by far the best

I have no idea where all the negative reviews are coming from, this place has fantastic pizza. I enjoyed it my second time as much as my first. The place is large and sits on the corner of an intersection. It’s got a large parking lot and even has a drive-thru! Very useful especially with the cold weather. From the poor reviews I was expecting the place to be dirty or run down but it’s not. It looks like a diner but it’s clean. Staff was busy but still polite and courteous even on a bustling Saturday night. Now onto the food, I had picked up a sausage and a mushroom/onion pizza. I loved it. Toppings are good but what works is the consistency of it. It’s soft and chewy with a nice savory taste. The crust is a perfect mix of soft and crunchy, allowing you to enjoy each bite, reminds me of a Pizza Hut style except this one doesn’t make me feel bloated afterwards. Prices are good as well. I love this place, their pizza is excellent and a drive-thru is something pretty cool to see in a pizza place.

They have fried mozzarella on the menu, with a description of «sliced mozzarella, breaded & fried…» When it came out, it was freakin’ mozzarella sticks! WTF?! You can’t do that. One is frozen bar food that comes from a bag and the other is handmade and MUCH better! I also ordered Shrimp Scampi for dinner. The portion was large, but it was very dry, and not much garlic. I would not return here. On another note, my mother and her friend really like the place, so they’re doing something right. The service was also good too. The waitress was very nice, but not enough to make up for the crap food(in my opinion).

Food is good, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Eating here felt more like taking someone to a dive bar at midnight. The staff was pleasant and the food was great and affordable, but presentation could be a lot better. I actually got so much chicken from them in my chicken parm, I had to take some home and had a nice lunch the next day. There is plenty of seating and parking, but even a few of the booths looked like they were part of World War 2. It was remodeled from a bank and you can tell. If you are looking for a quick lunch, this is the place to be, but I will never bring a date here.

Stopped here under time limits to get a kid back to a sporting event. Were promised to-go food in 10 mins. They had the food ready fast! Chicken Parm was good. portions were good. BLT was average. Tuna salad– not so much. Salad veggies were old, tuna was over mayonnaised. It solved the hungry problem but wasn’t wonderful.

I don’t know what happened here! This used to easily be the best pizza in Southington, I’ve been going here for well over 30 years. A few years ago I started noticing a downturn in quality, changed brand of sauce, things like that, and subconsiously started going to other places. I returned recently, ordered my usual small sausage and pepperoni and it was absolutely disgusting! The cheese was just a congealed layer, solid, and I could feel my arteries hardening just looking at it. I’m not even certain it was mozzarella, it tasted more like feta. The sauce and toppings sparse. It was so bad I couldn’t finish it.
