Starbucks

Well, it’s Starbucks. :) This one is of the «no drive thru» variety, so you’ll have to work a little harder to get it. But it’s within walking distance of my office, so that’s a plus. The wifi is pretty solid here, and it’s frequently inhabited by a number of laptop users.
As for the goods, I ordered my usual iced coffee, and it was made as good as ever.
I can’t think of much else to say, although, this one isn’t huge inside, so if you’re thinking about bringing your whole football team, perhaps consider bringing just the superstars.

Long time Starbucks user but was not happy how I was treated this morning at this store. Stood in line next to be served. Looked at my phone to open my app ready to pay. Server at cash register ignored me and started talking to person behind me, who it turns out she knew. Put his drink through first. Gentleman behind me suggested she serve me first but the reply cam back as ‘he was on the phone so I skipped him’. Well I was not ‘on the phone’ but getting prepared to be efficient at the register given the long line in front of me and behind me. When I kindly communicated this I was simply ignored. I was totally unhappy with her attitude. If she had said I am sorry but I thought you were on the phone I would not have given anything a second thought. Server was middle aged had long blonde hair in a loose ponytail. Did not note her name.

Way too slow for the making of my beverage. This is a very busy store and they only have one person making drinks. The girl taking orders was very slow also.

Place is super busy.
Coffee comes out fast.
Employees are super friendly.
I’ve never had an issue with my coffee not tasting the way I ordered it.
Since the place is so crowded, it also gets super messy.
No toilet paper or hand towels in bathroom.
Coffee extras are often gone and coffee extra area itself is dirty.
The workers are truly busy, so it looks like Starbucks needs to hire someone to come and clean/​stock this store hourly-​restaurant style.

You’d think that on this side of town bathrooms would be somewhat of a priority among Starbucks personnel. Guess it’s just becoming a widespread situation with them nowadays.

Please teach your cashier to say thank you. Instead I thanked her and was met with silence. She needed to grab her iced coffee and take a swig more than be polite. Also? Squatters? Really? This location has ¹⁄₃ of all tables consumed by people’s free wifi needs. I just wanted to stop the world as a PAYING customer. I don’t hoard tables and wanted just 5 minutes to relax. Sitting in my car wasn’t what I had in mind. After 10 years, I’m finally over Starbucks I think.

One person making making drinks at rush hour time and 2 people on the register because that makes total sense! Guess they want to make sure they get your money than make your coffee. Poor planning. It took 20 min to get our order. Ridiculous. Never coming back here.

Very friendly

Not my typical Plano Starbucks but service was quick. I was here around 11 on a Friday and it was super busy. Parking here is a hit or miss too.

Four stars because the location is great, the service is fast and friendly.
The only con is the parking. There is never any parking unless it’s super early in the morning or late at night.

Located in the shops at legacy. Nice working staff. But parking is just horrible. You have to be very lucky to get a spot in front of the shop. Tonight, I tried their new brew: Sulawesi. It was good — bold and nutty.

5 stars for the good coffee and costumer service. I really like this Starbucks because they make your drink fast and always get it right.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years now. Tim, Sandy and Robin at this location are just awesome. The recent remodel also makes seating/​meeting people easier too. Tim knows how to run a strong team of people with efficiency and short wait times while turning a huge volume of customers through.

5 stars for great customer service! This store has one of the friendliest staff in all the locations I have visited. They never get my order wrong and they always accommodate my weird requests (asking for cold coffee in a hot coffee cup, etc). Also, 5 stars for having the clover pressed coffee! Yummy, delicious!

This is by far one of, if not the best Starbucks in DFW. Sandy and Robin are consistent fixtures here who always have a wonderful smile and a happy greeting in the morning. They will know your name within a few visits or do their best to. I’ve definitely made it a point to being friends and family here. Definitely a solid place to network as well.

The one glaring thing that stands out about this Starbucks versus most of the other ones is the size! The interior of this café is very large! Tables line the wall to your left as you walk in. There’s a row of bar stool tables in the middle of the floor. Then there are other tables and booths tucked away in the corners. In most Starbucks that I go to, there are a few small tables, some puffy chairs, and after that you’re out of luck.
This particular morning, I had all types of troubles ordering a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I will tell you exactly what happened: the woman in front of me ordered and stepped aside, the guy behind the counter then asked me what I wanted. I ordered a grande Americano and the egg and cheese sandwich. He told me that they were out of those sandwiches, so I asked for the savory spinach squares. He wasn’t sure about those either, so he checked. He said they don’t have any spinach squares. I then said, «I’ll just take the coffee then.» He then asked me «do you not want the egg and cheese sandwich?» Uh… I was totally confused at that point and told him that I thought they were out. «Oh no, we have them», he said. At that point, I just wanted to get my stuff. I noticed the price on the register, and it was extremely high. He thought that I was with the woman who ordered in front of me (for some reason) and added both of our meals together. In the end… everything was straightened out and turned out well. Everyone has bad days… I just thought the incident was strange.
I really like this Starbucks. It’s in a nice location, and it seems if you go in the morning. the parking situation and the size of the store gives you a great chance to get in, have a seat, and get out without too much of a hassle. I’m not so sure about it later on in the day when all of the other stores situated around it open up.

Great location. It’s in the middle of the shops. The store is pretty small but there’s quite a few seating options inside and a few patio tables outside.
The biggest issue for me is that sometimes it’s hard to stop and get a quick drink because of the parking situation. The store is on the main corner of the shops and there’s a lot of traffic in and out. If you have the time, I’d park in the parking garage in the back and walk through the shops. Makes it’s more of a coffee outing instead of a coffee break.

Great Starbucks location to meet friends. Fast and friendly service no doubt. Love their iced coffees and a extra hot soy chai when it gets chilly out.

This place gets crazy packed in the morning, but I went in the evening. There’s always incredible people watching at this location– Always! I’ve never failed to have free entertainment while catching up with a friend here.
Bekah is an awesome barista. She knows all the products very well and is great at articulating even the smallest of details. I love their clover processed coffee. Not every store has these machines and the prices for the coffee are higher, however, the quality is higher as well. I tried the Kona and it did not disappoint.
