Starbucks

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? I can talk about the healthy alternatives. The coffees are great and the food selection is getting better. Their Bistro boxes are a healthy snack if you choose wisely. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative, then avoid the yogurt. The sugars in the yogurts are equivalent to a small donut; clearly, not a healthy choice. For a healthy drink, try the iced tea or the coffee with skim milk and no sugar. It sounds boring, but it’s healthy.

Kevin at the register is quite the character and doesn’t look like he hates his job! This Starbucks has a good amount of tables if you want to study or catch up with friends. I ordered a tall peach green tea lemonade with light ice! Service was quick, and I loved my drink!

I like this Starbucks location, everytime I come to the Stonebriar Centre, I make a point to come visit this small boutique. The lines are extremely long at this location but for the most part they do move fast.
While I was in today, I noticed that there was a Frisco Health Inspector in doing his inspection… so got my wheels turning and wanted to know what the score was. I went to
and pulled up what was the most recent health score for this location. How it works is, there are 27 items on the Inspection Form. Each item on the Inspection Form carries a demerit value of 3, 4, or 5 points based on violation severity. The final score provides a total of the demerits. For example, a score of 15 could represent 3 violations at 5 demerits each, or up to 5 violations at 3 demerits each. The best possible score is ‘0’ (zero) for no demerits. This last demerits for this location in 2014 was 3… the worst score location received was in 2011, with 10 demerits in violations.
While I was enjoying my coffee, I noticed that the location was extremely clean and everything was organized on shelves, the only thing is struck me funny was the three sets of lights hanging over the barista, where all different colors… struck me as out of place.
Keep up the good work Starbucks and great improvement on controlling the demerits.

Guy who gave me my drink on Mother’s Day was so sweet! I really wish I caught his name; he has the greatest spirit! Need more spirited and positive Starbucks employees, like this guy, in Frisco

I happened to stop by this Starbucks to get some ice water and actually ended up having one of my best Starbucks experiences!
The barista, Kevin, was a very warm and friendly person, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I’ve never really had a bad experience at this location, but I’ll definitely be returning here more often :)

Something special = not so dumb?
This Starbucks is inside the mall next to the food court, i.e. the absolute worst location on the planet for patrons. There is always a line. Always. Sometimes I go during my lunch and THERE IS STILL A LINE. Most of the time, it deters me.
One day, I really needed caffeine. I saw the 5 person deep line and thought, ‘Let’s stop being a diva and be patient, Tania.’ So I did. I wish I remembered the names of the two-​man partnership happening that day. One SUPER PEPPY guy handled the cash register/​food. Another EQUALLY PEPPY guy made the drinks — in record time. I feel like there is a range of peppidom that is deemed normal in everyday life. These two made ME perk up — that is well above the range.

A cute little location right by the food court and Teavana. Although it is tiny, there are many employees who are kind and friendly. I hate how busy is is, but that’s just showing how good this location is:)

Inside Stonebriar by the food court! This is a very small location but when you’re going shopping it’s a great option to grab some coffee to walk around with. There is another «Starbucks» not far away inside the Barnes & Noble but that one is irritating because they don’t carry the normal Starbucks options and they don’t take the Starbucks gift card. Also, they weren’t very nice.
THIS location is very nice, the staff is friendly, and they’ve never got a drink order wrong. You may have to wait a few minutes because they are almost always busy but its worth it to have your caffeine buzz while you shop.

This Starbucks location is located at Stonebriar Centre Mall in the food court beside the big carousel and Teavana. Plenty of staff members work at this location as they keep busy. They are very friendly and prompt. Easy to pop in and out for a drink to enjoy during the hectic holiday shopping. Plenty of seats but most are taken during the busy season. Try the holiday flavors and don’t forget your Starbucks card or download their app.
