Had gelato after our Valentine’s dinner. It was yummy and the service was great! Everybody was very friendly. I had the tiramisu, and it was fantastic!

The best gelato I’ve ever had. Super rich and generous portions. Friendly staff even nearing closing time. Pronounced Pa-choo-go. Still haven’t tried their coffee drinks or shakes, but imagine they’re incredible.

They have a great selection with wonderful flavors. Some of the flavors needed a little more work, such as, the s’mores. I was all chocolate and just a tiny bit of graham crumb. I was a little claustrophobic inside every though it was not very busy, it’s just a tight space.

The gelato is as good as I remember the first time I came here many years ago. Had the Mediterranean Sea Salt & Caramel. Staff was friendly and quick!

Horrendous! Ice cream tasted artificial with no fresh natural ingredients. Tasted the pistachio icecream/gelato and it tasted of some«pistachio flavorizer» and nothing like pistachio nuts at all. Strawberry sorbet tasted like is was made from frozen strawberries or strawberry jam. Wife ordered cappuccino and got espresso with cold milk poured straight out of the jug; another staff person had to make a new one. No good gelato anywhere in DFW. I have had gelato all over the world, including Italy, and also make my own, so I am very particular about gelato and ice cream. If you too have a really high bar for gelato this is most certainly not a place for you. To then also have the staff(Ben M) harass me after this negative review did certainly not improve my impression at all.

Great selection– Something for everyone. The banana pie flavor is to die for if you love the taste of old fashion banana pudding. Loved it!

Friendly staff, great flavors… You can always try free samples too. Tons of flavors, but a little pricey. Definitely one of my favorite gelato places. The consistency and flavor of the gelato is spot on. I really like the cookies n milk. I also like pistachio almond.

The gelato are great!!! Tons of flavors and of course its less fattening than ice creams. And omg they make gelattes!!! Its a cute little place hard to find in between all the furniture stores, but must try em. We would just come back here for the ice creams.

Kids always love this place — the dark chocolate is something else… always hits the spot, not too sweet with enough of a strong chocolate flavor. Good selection, sometimes under-manned(if it is a busy hot day it can get overwhelming at times). Good value for a solid treat, you can’t go wrong with Pacugio’s!

The gelato was great, but the worker there had a horrible attitude. She rolled her eyes and when we ordered she sounded angry.

This is my favorite Paciugo location in Dallas. It is large inside and has several tables outside. Plenty of parking and is rarely very busy. So now that we have that out of the way, the gelato is always the star of the show. The flavors are consistent, have fantastic taste, and you really walk away satisfied after getting even a small cup. Love Paciugo.

Amazingly good flavors of gelato. Great selection of flavors. I had a triple flavor cone and the dark chocolate was like having an amazing frozen Belgian chocolate bar. My son said the mocha was awesome as well. Treat yourself you gotta try this place.

I was in the mood for ice cream and this place happened to be across the street from my hotel. To my surprise, they serve gelato which is my favorite. I ate it every day in Italy. I got 4 flavors in a medium cup and it was awesome. I need to find one of these back home. I’m coming back the next time I’m in town.

First time this location and third one in Collin County. So little time, so much ice cream. Also enjoyable especially on a hot day in Sep 2014.

I don’t often say this but, I do not have any complaints about this joint. The staff is friendly and they explained how to order and give out free samples. They also have a lot of sorbets, from what I understand all of the fruits used in them are locally sourced and bought at the Dallas farmers market. Some of the flavors are weird but apparently most everything is on a rotation. It’s a cute place with a good location and outdoor seating. Great customer service and great gelato.

Ambiance: N/A it’s a gelato place. It *is* clean and welcoming though. Service: 5⁄5 Great, friendly staff. Food: 4⁄5 Nice selection of flavors, executed perfectly. Reserving a star for future visits — if I don’t see a rotating selection/special flavors, keep at 4, otherwise I’ll revise. Overall: 4/5.could be 5⁄5 based on initial impressions, but keeping a star back till I go back a few times and ensure they have a good rotation of flavors.

Open till 11:00pm on weekends! Great when you want to soothe that late night sweet tooth. Plenty of flavors to choose from. Good customer service. Very patient with me testing the flavors and making my choice. Love that you can get more than one flavor in the small cup. It’s more than enough! Big scoops!

Great choice for this hot spring day. The lemon sorbet was so refreshing. It was tart but it complimented the wild berries sorbet I paired it with. Which was sweet and delicious. I also tried the mango passion fruit sorbet. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a tropical flavor. Only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey. But it’s worth trying!

My favorite sorbet lives here: D I could live off of their lime sorbet! It is the perfect amount of sweet AND it has tiny pieces of lime zest that are like unexpected flavor explosions. YUMMY! I tried the lemon sorbet & that was much too bitter for me, but if you find the lime too sweet, give it a go!
