Absolutely the best mattress buying experienced I’ve had. From start to finish, the process was simple, quick, no pressure and on-​time.
My wife and I decided that it was past time to replace our mattress (it was something like 10 years old or so). I did some comparison shopping and decided, for multiple reasons, to visit this Sleep Experts first. I walked in and was greeted by Brad Wilson, one of the salespeople there. He took me over to their computer mattress contraption thing and input my and my wife’s information. He printed out a list of mattresses that matched my preferences and then asked what my price range was; with no pressure whatsoever, he showed each mattress that matched both my information and my price range. There were mattresses at the bottom end and the top end of my price range, and I was able to lie on each one, with a provided pillow, and test them out. I decided on one and, within 10 minutes, I had checked out with a delivery date of the next day. It is also their standard policy to take your old mattress for charity, so that took care of that issue as well. So, the first part of the process was an excellent experience. Brad was a great salesman; informative without and pressure. Sleep Experts’ quality and selection spoke for itself, so, in reality, he just helped me make a good decision.
I was told that I would get an update later in the day about the delivery window for the next day. Sure enough, I got an email with a two-​hour window. which allowed me to get some things done before the mattress got to my place. Typically, when you get a «delivery window», you’re looking at the very end of the window. Surprisingly, I got a call from the delivery guys right at the beginning of the window saying they were 15 minutes away. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, they were pulling up and getting the new mattress and box spring into our place. They also got my old mattress and box spring out no problem and the whole process was done in about 30 minutes. Seriously the most painless furniture delivery I’ve ever experienced. I’m still kinda in shock.
It’s not often that a business can really deliver on what it promises, but, at least for this Sleep Experts and the two delivery guys, they absolutely delivered with flying colors. If anyone asks for my opinion on where to start looking for a mattress, believe me, Sleep Experts will be my first suggestion. It also helps that it is a Dallas-​based business, so supporting the local economy is an extra plus.
