Love the rhapsody breeze mattress we purchased here. Everyone was extremely helpful.

I needed an inexpensive but comfortable mattress for our guest room. (It had to be comfortable because I have to sleep there occasionally when my wife snores!) Mike Bookbinder completely understood what I wanted and needed. The first mattress he showed me and I tried was the one I ended up buying after trying a couple more. In and out in no time. No over the top sales pitch. Just great customer service. Guys showed up yesterday to deliver. They called ahead of time per instructions so I could get the dogs outside, brought a ‘red carpet’ to wipe their feet off with, had shoe booties (weren’t necessary on my stained concrete floors), and were in and out in about 15 minutes. Great experience. Will return for my next mattress purchase.

Where do I begin… I guess I would start off by saying that Mike Bookbinder is «THE MAN»!!! I walked into Mattress Firm knowing nothing about what I was looking for, I just knew I had to replace an old mattress. Mike went above and beyond teaching me the differences between mattresses which ultimately helped him understand what would be a right fit for me. He followed up with me the next day and reassured me that he wanted to earn my business, before it was all said and done he did just that. I called him with questions while standing on the showroom floor of a competitor and he answered every question I through at him not knowing if I would shop somewhere else or not. It was at that moment I knew he was not playing about making sure I was taken care of and not just another sell!
I will shop with Mike Bookbinder for future purchases and make sure that all my friends and family get to experience the level of expertise I did when shopping for a new mattress.

We recently visited Mattress Firm after our 10+ year old mattress began causing major problems. The young salesperson was very knowledgeable and extremely patient while we tried over 10 mattresses. I loved a mattress too soft for my husband and he loved a mattress too firm for me. The salesperson used this to guide us in the right direction. We came to an agreement on an adjustable tempur-​pedic cloud supreme breeze. I feel we got a great price finding it on clearance and using a family member’s discount. After two weeks, I’m confident we made a good purchase as I no longer have neck/​shoulder pain when I awake and my fitbit reports I am having less restless nights.
