Mattress Firm Plano

We were in the market for a new mattress and I had been putting it off because I dreaded the thought of being hustled by a salesman as soon as I walked into the store. I’m glad we went here though, because we didn’t have that sort of experience at all. Will was very friendly and helpful, occasionally popped over to check on us but didn’t make us feel awkward by following us around or watching us «sleep». There was plenty of time for us to get a feel for the different mattresses without being pressured to buy. He was knowledgeable about the products, made zero fuss over updating our bill when we noticed an error, helped carry items out to our car, and even made swapping out our box spring choice easy over the phone. Delivery arrived earlier than we expected and called ahead of time. They were in and out quickly, wore booties over their shoes to prevent tracking in dirt, and did their job with no damage to the product. I slept better the night our new mattress arrived than I have in probably a year. It was definitely an overall pleasant shopping experience that I wish I hadn’t delayed.

Went in today to get a new mattress, had an awesome experience, & got the one I needed for a great price. Travis, you rock. :-). Thank u, thank u. thank u, no more sleeping on rocks.

Mattress firm on 15^th street was very positive experience compared to the competitors. Will is very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is really friendly, store very well organized and will help you work within your bedding budget

The salespeople were very helpful. That is where the service ended. The delivery person called at 11:30 and said they’d be here in 10 minutes. I dropped my errand (since they weren’t supposed to be here until 12:00) and came directly home arriving well before the scheduled time. It is almost an hour and a half later and we’re still waiting for the delivery!
