One of the fastest Starbucks in DFW, and that’s especially surprising considering it is attached to a Barnes and Noble.

Amazing, honest customer service. I was in a rush to work and had dropped my grande chestnut praline latte as soon as I stepped outside their shop(!!!). Frantic, I went back inside and told the cashier what happened and was prepared to pay for an entirely new drink(because let’s be honest– I needed my daily fix). As I reached for my wallet, the barista at the front told me that she’d take care of it and didn’t charge me!!! So often do I see places that won’t hesitate to charge their customers again even for mishap accidents like dropping your drink. Perhaps this is just standard Starbucks policy and every other Starbucks does this, but all I know is that you guys made my morning. Thank you for that. :) Will definitely come back for my daily fix.

The Washington apple pound cake is terrible. Parking is inconvenient. The coffee is Starbucks and is standardized throughout their locations. I don’t know why I stop in

I love this Starbucks. I go often in the mornings after dropping my girlfriend at work, and the drinks are made correctly, the barista is cheery and tries to remember my name(not always correctly, but how many people does she deal with every day??), and they steamy my soymilk quick before putting it in my coffee. Love.

We were commuting home from work on the bicycles at night in the rain and decided to stop for a warm coffee. The Starbucks app said it closed at 11:00 so we thought we had a good 30 minutes to relax. We ordered our drinks and sat down to wait. The British lady promptly told us not to get too comfortable since they close in 3 minutes. We said that the Starbucks website and the app said 11:00. She said it changed a couple of weeks ago. No sign on the door. No warning until AFTER we ordered our drinks. She said we could sit outside. There is no shelter from the rain.(Patio cover is only wooden slats). All the outside furniture was wet and it was cold. We stood on the wet patio for a couple of minutes before we tossed our drinks and left. We most definitely won’t be back.

Pretty good, a little noisey compared to other locations. Seats inside get taken pretty fast. Drinks are good

My favorite place at the end of the day. There’s a lot of Starbucks locations out there, but this one is just the best to unwind at. Barista’s are very friendly, drink is always perfect and they know enough of what I like that I feel comfortable with trying any of their suggestions.

This location has been around for years; quite surprised to see that neither it nor it’s attached Barnes & Noble(I prefer to think of them that way, rather than the reverse :)) are listed in Unilocal! As with most B&N locations, there’s no drive thru, and parking isn’t terribly convenient, either, but it’s all good inside. This isn’t a huge location, but it’s warm and inviting, and does have some outdoor seating for when the weather’s nice. It’s elevated quite high from parking lot level, so wheelchairs would have quite a climb up the ramp to get in; others can take steps that aren’t too bad. Best of all, they got my drink right on the first try; that’s always a plus.
