Escape Nails Spa

This is the place i’ve been looking for. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere and clean. Their Pedi chairs were still in good condition which gave me a really great massage while having my nails done here. I had their Deluxe Pedicure service and i was very happy with the results. My technician was very good at what she was doing. She gave me a very beautiful looking nails at affordable price. I highly suggest you should make appointment first if you don’t wanna wait. Thumbs up for Escape Nail!!!

Basic nail salon in the Plano area. Quick service.
Good location, clean & friendly. Linda the owner is very sweet.
Shellac manicures are 35 $ (They do use a drill to file off shellac, which isn’t good for your nails — so make sure you ask them to soak off instead, for better nail health & longevity).
Bottom line: there are better salons to check out in the area for the same price point.

I always get my nails done here. I never have an appointment but I’ve never waited more than a few minutes before they sit me down.

I surprised my wife with a full nail spa gift. And I haven’t seen her that happy and relaxed in a very long time. The staff at this place definitely know what they are doing and how to take care of you and your wallet. I highly recommend this place to all women and husbands. Very friendly staff. Good prices compared to where I used to go to have my nails done. Linda greeted me at the door since she noticed I was new, then took off my old manicure for me. Then Amy gave me my very first Nexgen experience, and I was blown away on how fast she put it on, and how true the colors were against the samples. (I’m very picky with color since I’m an assistant art director.) Will definitely be back.

Decided I needed a change for my nails and since I was waiting on my car at a nearby shop, I found my way to Escape Nails. What a wonderful decision! I was greeted at the door, welcomed, and offered a cool beverage on the hot day. Linda and I discussed what services I wanted (NexGen mani), what shape of nail, and length. All services were performed as discussed with no misunderstandings. Quality of service was outstanding as well! In fact, it has been 2 weeks and my nails still look great. I’ll be back soon for a color change. Thank you, Linda and staff for treating your clients with excellent service.

Was looking for a new salon since my last salon and I had a falling out. Found this place on Unilocal with rave reviews. Decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did, walked right in on a Thursday at 5:30pm was greeted by the entire staff asking what services I would like and to please pick my color. They had a wide array of colors. I was offered a beverage and a pedicure massage chair upon deciding on my color. I was provided their menu with varying mani, pedi, waxing and facial options. I chose the royal pedicure and a new overlay set. I had a great experience with Kevin for my overlay and the lady who did my pedicure. The place was very clean and well kept, I enjoyed my experience there and I’ll definitely be back!

Since moving to the Plano area I had not found a good place to get my feet done… after listening to a friend rave about Escape Nail Spa I had to give it a try! The staff is very friendly and kind, and it is so clean! My feet and hands have never looked or felt better! This is hands down the best pedicure I have ever had! I will continue to come here and bring my mom the next time she is in town! I highly recommend coming here to get spoiled!

This place is great! I was looking for a nail salon in the Plano area since I just recently started working in the area. Linda the owner was so sweet and everyone was very nice. I went on a Thursday during lunch to get my nails done and a pedicure. It was not overly crowded and they were very quick and did a great job in an hour and fifteen minutes. Kenny did my nails and they look amazing! I will definitely be back!

Very clean and friendly ! Management remembers you, and they perform top of the line services here. Lynn is the best NexGen nail technician I have experienced! This is a great find !

Hands down this is the BEST nail salon in Plano! It’s clean, spacious, and comfortable! Linda and her staff are wonderful and so professional! I’m never disappointed when I come here and they always know what I want! I am treated more than just ‘another customer’ and I trust the level of care I am given!

Went today for the first time. A Monday afternoon, steady but not crazy busy and they had time for me and took me right away even though I was a walk in. Linda the owner did my nails and she was very sweet and attentive. The gal who did my pedicure did a great job also. She wasn’t too aggressive with my feet which I have encountered other places and hated. She took her time which is a plus for me when I’m looking to relax and be pampered. I would definitely return here.

I’ve been going here for a year now, they do an amazing job, they do very neat french manicures, they also do an excellent job on eyebrows, they have a great variety of powder and gel colors and they last forever, I’ve been to few other places before I found here and they’re un comparable, love the friendly staff especially the manager, she really cares about your needs

The best nail place I’ve been to yet in Plano. They are kind and efficient. They truly know about customer service! Amy is one of the best designers. If you like a great manicure/​pedicure and enjoy great designs this is the place to go!

I am so glad I found this place! They do the best job on my nails. And I have been a lot of places. Everyone is always so nice and they really make it a point to make my experience an extremely comfortable and enjoyable one. The owner makes sure she remembers everyone and always has a smile on her face. They help me pick out a great color, and I always walk out super happy and completely relaxed. I swear their massages put me to sleep every time! I highly recommend this place and I am so glad I found it!

I went to this salon and got Nexgen nails three times in a row and I really loved it. I thought they did a great job so I went back and got a shellac french manicure and they look horrible!!! It was a different tech than before. I ran out of time after being there for an hour and 20 min during my lunch break and they looked so badly I had to go back after work to have them fixed and they still look awful. There are black dots all in the white paint and they’re bumpy. The tech used the electric nail file so much it made my nails super thin and red and it was very painful. I will never go back there. I completely wasted $ 35.

In love with this place I get nothing but amazing results on my nails. And the staff are extremely nice and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want beautiful nails come here!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY.
I only went here because it was in a good area and the reviews were all positive. The ONLY reason I’m even giving them one star is because the people were all nice.
First of all she refused to make them short. She kept telling me short nails are not pretty. She cut my cuticles up pretty bad then sprayed them down with alcohol. It took her over an hour to do an OK job. She used different sized nails on my different hands so one hand looked dainty and the other hand looked bulky. The nail polish wasnt even painted good. She charged me $ 40 where normally anywhere else its $ 25 for acrylics, no designs or anything just all 10 solid colored. But I tipped her anyway and went on my way.
The next day I went back to get them shorter because I couldnt deal with how long they were. She gave me attitude and told me longer nails are pretty. She just filed them down and was done. I told her they were all slanted crooked and she just huffed and puffed so I left.
I went to another nail salon closer to my house which is a gem by the way. She had to pretty much redo my nails altogether and she only charged me $ 10 because she felt so bad. She had to refile them because she said the acrylics were thicker on parts of my nails and that she made it too thick and too close to my cuticles which is why she cut me up and that they would not last as long that way. She redid them in about 20 minutes, she reshaped them beautifully and I will now be her loyal client.
