I’ve been going to Tracy for about 3 years now… she does a great job! I’ve been rocking the Matt Smith look for a couple years, and its just to damn long and hard to maintain. So I called her and said I trust you… this shit has to go. Gave her a couple thoughts and she looked up what I’d mentioned. She pulled up the pics on her computer 2 days later to show me and I said «Do it!!!» An hour and a big pile of hair later and I’m soooo happy!
Ladies…she doesn’t just do guys… she can do it all! I like the salon itself too. Clean, well maintained… it is Plano. It better be.
She’s in room 10… She’ll take great care of you!

BEWARE!!! This place is a ripoff! I came in with a much needed hair trim since my usual girl was out of the way for me and I did not have time to get to her so i decided to stop by here since it was big and was conveniently located near my home. To keep it short and sweet, no one greeted me when i came in and when someone came to my attention and trimmed my hair, she did not give me any details about payments throughout the whole time. Instead, she told me they did not accept checks nor credit cards and pointed me directly to their convenient ATM machine. First time ever that i have seen in a salon. A few days later, that damn ATM machine charged my debit card twice for their withdrawal fees. Will not be going back! I suggest you do not go there!

Plaza Park Salons is an interesting concept I have seen becoming popular in the Dallas area. I try to make an appointment every time I am in the North Dallas/​Plano area. Walk ins are always welcome and can usually be seen quickly.
Helen Lee has a strong following of older clients and keeps up to date on all of the current hair trends, she is constantly going to continuing education events.
Effi does highend color and extentions to clients who need some extra «umph» in their coif.
Nahid has done my eyebrows and was a true professional, she also does permanent make-​up but I am too chicken to try that yet.
Each suite has their own operator and you have to call each of their numbers to make an appointment but the results are well worth it. There is an ATM in the lobby but it doesnt seem very reliable so I always bring cash or check.
