Good service, nice people. Bonny is a very kind, skilled hearing aid provider. She has a great program of setting expectations and helping people understand their hearing loss concerns. And she’s always willing to get on the line with the support people from any vendor to work out whatever fitting/​customizing problems you might have. And her prices are reasonable. She put me on a trial with 1 type of hearing aid, upgraded it twice and tried her best to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated her resourcefulness and kindness. Ultimately I had to try another hearing aid type to get the natural sound I was seeking. I’m sorry I consumed her time and resources with a test which didn’t quite work as planned. But I’m certain others will find her skills, resources and hearing aids great additions to their lives.
