Place was dirty. Garbage over full . Meat in my burrito was extremely salty. The worst horchata ever. My food was served on a foam plate from the 99 cent store. I will not be back. I didn’t even finish my burrito too salty.

Went here the other day with a friend and had burrito with chicken and pastor. The place looks questionable and slightly unsanitary. After an hour or two, I got sick. Not sure what was in my burrito, but I will definitely not be returning here again.

Space: big space, but not always clean because I only see two or three people working all the time. So you will have to clean some tables if busy. Do not expect a Walnut Creek type restaurant, okay? Food: the best I’ve tried around the area. Cooked well and seasoned well. I love the carne asada plate, it comes with beans, rice, veggies(tomatoes, onions, cilantro, shredded cabbage) and tortilla on the side. I always ask them to grill my meat with the onions and jalapeños. Yum! My BF always orders burrito, which is a HUGE size! I don’t think I can ever finish it; in fact sometimes, he can’t finish it. Drinks: soda fountain, but extra if you get another cup. Bottled Latino and American drinks. They also have coffee :) Price/Method of Payment: the best! Good portion, good price. And when I said good portion, I don’t mean good portion like portion you’d get from Walnut Creek or Napa, but big portion. Good for the price. Accepts credit card, but no AMEX. Restroom: sorry, never used their restroom all the times we were there. Staff/Service: good polite folks. Family.

I love this place. They don’t get the traffic they deserve. Location I think. They make it right in front of you so you pick and choose what you want, onions, cilantro. They go the extra mile. Before they’re finished they make sure it’s what I want. ‘is this good? More salsa, quac? before they wrap up that burrito. And they are the sweetest guys. I feel good about giving them my money, they work hard for it. It’s better for take out, not a great atmosphere for dining. It’s just big and bright but you can’t go wrong there

This place is amazing! Stumbled upon it by accident and was so impressed that I decided to write my first Unilocal review ever. Really cheap, amazing quality, and huge portions. I got a chicken taco(only $ 3 and enough for a whole meal) and the guy pulled 2 fresh chicken breasts off the grille and chopped them up in front of me. He then put both of them onto a freshly heated tortilla! So much food! The salsa and toppings we’re also wonderful. I also tried the ground beef which looked not super exciting at first, but ended up being SO flavorful. And the customer service was wonderful. Really nice people, really good food. Eat here!

This is the place to go for chicken chile verde tacos, quesadillas, and burritos. They give you a lot too and are not stingy with the servings which I like. It can get a bit pricey though because they charge extra for cheese and sour cream. It is still good and the customer service is good. Chicken with lime is also good!

This place is ok it’s hit or miss when you hit the food is pretty decent at best but when you miss you really miss I grew up eating burritos in San Fransisco so comparing the food at this place to SF taqueria’s would be absurd so I guess you can say I’m being kinda bias but now when I look for burritos on this side of the bridge I sometimes can come to this place for my fix I guess

Aquililla Taqueria’s system kind of reminds me of Chipotle where you build your meal from the tortilla on up. While I’m only rating this based on one visit(so far), I’d rather come here than visit Chipotle. I heard this taqueria is known for their large burritos. But not being a burrito fan, I went for stewed chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. With all the fixings my to go plate was pretty much a deconstructed burrito, lol! It was tasty though. Good seasonings in the salsa rojo. The rice was good but the pinto beans were slightly underdone. For a first visit, I thought it was good. Going back again to try their other menu items.

Great food, large portions, but no salsa bar. There is Tapatío though, which is my favorite. All the meat options are good so just ask for whatever was cooked most recent, makes a huge difference. Had carnitas after it was on the hotline for awhile and didn’t compare to when I had the el pastor fresh off the grill.

Love the food absolutely delicious, Have been going there for 3 years now. have issues before with some of the employees costumers service but since becoming a regular. I got to know co-owner Ernesto, he is wonderful and has great costumer service makes sure customer is always happy with their food.

Nachos looked nothing like what it what people posted. The dude took microwaved my chips with some cheese in the Togo container and microwaved it. The steak was dripping gravy wtf has it been sitting in. Didn’t even put no sour cream after I even asked. Never coming here ever new owners or something completely different. You want bubble guts place to be if u enjoy running to the bathroom

Decent portions for the price, but my chicken tacos had barely any flavor at all, and the chicken quesadilla was pretty much the same. The tacos were a wet, sloppy mess that fell apart while trying to eat them. The quesadilla was cut in half, but that meant two large pieces that were difficult to eat, and also fell apart. I had to smother the food in hot sauce to give it flavor. The food itself was just so bland and boring. It wasn’t terrible, but there are options so much better, I probably won’t bother heading to this spot again. Also, the place itself is pretty depressing. Not a pleasant space to hang out and eat lunch.

Been going here for years and I love it. Food is very good and the guys who work there sure know how to cook. Just wish they hadn’t used so Mach hit sauce. Totally worth the pain.

OK this is a mom & pop style place. Actually more father and son ?. I thought price on taco seemed high till I got it. portion is very generous. Well worth price., meat was tender and well seasoned. Food was prepared quickly and order was right. Always a plus. Ambience is lacking even for a taqueria. Orange walls with a couple Thomas kinkade paintings. And a TV. Main reason not a higher review was it was fairly dirty, food on floor from going back and forth to flat top and grill to counter which is right in front of you. Doesn’t look nasty or unsanitary, just needs to be cleaned more often during day. Food taste, portion, value is excellent. Cleanliness needs improving, and add some ambiance and it could be a great place.

The super burrito is ridiculously huge… And if you ask for the hot sauce… Just know this is hotter than habeneros! My wife had a chili relleno and said it was good. I snacked on my kids cheese quesidilla and was impressed. I have to say this is an upgrade to our usual Taco Bell Saturday outing. Did I say the super burrito is huge?

This place is a nice little hole in the wall-huge burritos– fresh ingredients– huge quesadillas. However they’re not so concerned about build– they just kind of throw everything in without concern to meat/cheese/veggie distribution. Cheese wasn’t melted. The interior in no frills– no salsa bar– not really the cleanest seating area. Not the best prices as all the good stuff, cheese, sour cream, guacamole– all extra.

Nachos with carne asada and«everything». Jesus. Deliciousness. I prefer nacho cheese over melted cheese. Just go for the pure gluttony. It feels so good after an hour of cardio.

I was really craving nachos after my spa day, and couldn’t find any authentic Mexican places near here for hardcore melty nacho goodness. This place has«nacho cheese» with quotation marks — an honest question, do Mexican people really like that stuff? Isn’t actual melted cheese more authentic and preferable? Kindly educate me. The guy poured a ladle full of pickled jalapenos WITHJUICE all over my nachos, making them a damp soggy, smelly mess. I sent it back pronto and they re-made it. The only good thing about this place is that I saw a guy cleaning the tables with bleach. So even if you have a shitty meal you won’t get dysentery while eating it.
