Red Lobster

First time going to a Red Lobster since I was younger and I definitely won’t be running back. I arrived around a great time no wait. We were seated right away. Our server was a very nice young girl. May have been fairly new still because we had to repeat our drink and food orders twice. We had ordered 1 frozen daiquiri and one Lobster punch drink. We receive our biscuits first and they were falling apart and tasted too much like garlic. We had said some thing to the waitress and she bought us another batch. We then got our drinks but they were totally wrong. They brought us two frozen daiquiris in huge Margarita glasses. They took them back and brought us the correct drinks. When our food came out and you could tell they just throw it together. I had ordered the Wood Grill Tacos with Tilapia. The tilapia in my tacos were cut to big portion size. They could have been chopped smaller. My friend had ordered their glazed chicken dish. She asked for more glazed sauce on the side. They had brought her cold sauce in a togo container. Not sure if they expect her to put cold glaze sauce on her hot food. We ended up taking a few bits and packing the rest to go. Our waitress brought us the check and it happened to be someone else’s. Good thing we checked because if not we would have been paying $ 30 more then what our bill actually was. Nevertheless I don’t see myself going back.

A pleasant restaurant with very good service. What sold me the place was the very prompt service.

Went last night and got sick from the king crab. Service was cafeteria-​like at best and waiter forgot everything. After getting ill, the management said they would subtract the rotten item from our bill. She never did. Rather than wait another 20 minutes to discuss it, we paid and left. Do not eat here!

Haven’t been in at least 10 years and decided to go and order take out when a student gave me a gift card. Not the worst food decision I have ever made, but it is definitely one of my top 5 worst food decisions … And that’s being nice.

Last time I was here I sat at the bar and service was super slow. That was during lent on a Friday so I understood. I’m happy to say I just had lunch again at the bar and was in and out I’m 30 minutes with great food and service!

Soup and salad lunch was a great deal. But it is freezing in here! Dessert was excellent! The chocolate lava cake and apple dumpling desserts were great! So glad we ordered them.

Like some reviews have said, Red Lobster is not as exciting as it used to be for me growing up. I loved coming here with my family and eating up the cheddar bay biscuits. However times have changed, prices have increased, and service is a hit and miss.
The cheddar bay biscuits were great as always. Mom ordered the Seafood Trio with the shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, and Cajun shrimp Alfredo, but they apparently forgot the Cajun. My strawberry lemonade was watery, but I had no complaints with my pasta and chicken. I believe our server was a newbie, so although our food took forever, she was very helpful. My mom liked her food until she almost vomited the next morning… ouch.

While I generally like Red Lobster restaurants, this one was terrible even just walking into. The front door and glass panes were sticky and fingerprinted all over. When you got inside, the smell of the place was old. Food on the floor. Just not a clean environment. We turned around and left. Sad!

Smelled like piss when we walked in. Ordered the feast… got 4 days of diarrhea.
Something about the melted butter and shrimp didn’t taste right.
I will never come back here.

As far as seafood chain restaurants go this place has always been ok. Today my shrimp was raw sent it back to the kitchen only to receive it again raw. Did not eat it! That was not the worst of it. I bring my grandmother here who is in a wheelchair to eat with her kids. We took my grandmother to use the bathroom only to find a very rude employee using the handicap stall, when she was asked to hurry up she intentionally took her time. My grandmother does not have the luxury to use any stall she wants like the employee does. The employee then comes to the table afterwards to tell me how rude my grandmothers caregiver was. It was made very clear that they don’t care about their customers and it is all about them. We will find another place to eat that treats their customers with respect.

The endless shrimp was ok but this restaurant always smells. I’m not sure if it’s the carpets but they really need to do something about the smell.

We come for the biscuits. Other favorites are lobster bisque when it’s hot and lobster pizza. We usually have no issues here. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights so there may be a wait. Tip: don’t sit under a vent. You’ll freeze and your food is cold within 5 minutes.

I came to Red Lobster today for lunch and enjoyed the endless shrimp. My server Tammy was great! She was very friendly and ensured that our food was fresh. Everything was perfect! I will definitely come back to see Tammy!

They still need to hire more people. The quality of food has decreased over the years. I doubt that’s a reflection of this location, but the franchise as a whole company. I honestly didn’t enjoy my food. Our waiter James was patient and attentive with our large party but the waiter Adonis must have been new. Sadly, Red Lobsters is a shell if what it use to be!!! I’ll probably return but will have low expectations.

My dad loves seafood so after charming us into going 5 of us went. As soon as you enter you get a strong scent of fish/​mold/​piss. The utensils were dirty and the fountains drinks had stuff floating around.
Our server replaced it and the bread was not brought out till 15 minutes later. The mojito was soggy and GROSS. The bahama mama was OK. The pasta was salty and the fries were oily! I don’t want to even continue to write about the rest of the order …
Food was disgusting I now have diaherra and stomach cramps. Maybe I should’ve started the review out with that and saved you the trouble. I avoided this place up to yesterday I have not been in red lobster since last year. I prefer home cooked meals anyways and thank you Jesus we can cook !!

The place is nice, the service needs to be a lil faster, other Than that everything was good.

Red Lobster use to be the spot. While they have declined… it is almost nostalgic coming here and sinking my teeth into one of their cheesy biscuits.
While the food quality is questionable… these prices are budget friendly. I had grilled salmon, grilled shrimp and their steamed veggies. While I do not believe they actually use grills anymore because my food did not taste grilled, it was still fine with me. My girls and I had a good time and Red Lobster has great drinks.
I know what to expect here and it is not top of the line dining. Decent food that is budget friendly.

Went for Red Lobster’s lunch yesterday — it was FABULOUS!!! Sat at the bar and had it all to myself, but the bartender was BUSY with take-​outs. As in who hasn’t heard of Red Lobster lunch deals? Is there a better lunch anywhere?
Got the Fishermans Platter for about ten bucks that comes with a cesar salad, two white broiled fish filets, shrimp and fried shrimp, a large side of steamed brocoli plus 3 yummy cheesy rolls. Best ten buck deal in town! I took the platter to go because I also got a bowl of lobster bisque and ate that there. A little annoyed when I got home to find no lemon with my seafood, but had I remembered to ask for it at the restaurant I’m sure they would have provided it!
Lobster Bisque was salty but very good.
Overall, I don’t see a better deal for lunch, especially for the quality. I honestly don’t how they do it for the price? Hard to be happier!!! Thanks Red Lobster!

We went to this place for Father’s Day dinner, there was 5 people on our party. The wait was supposed to be 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes the table is ready. My parents complained that the table is too small for all 5 of us, my father went to talk to the man who gave us this table and they decided to move the table we are in towards the booth.
Another problem was my dad asked for lemons to the waitress two times and the second time she bought us lemons. These are the problems I’ve indicated.
For the food we ordered, everyone has the free bread and Caesar salad. For the main course we had Me: Amir’s Feast with french fries; Bro: Shrimp trio with broccoli Mom: Shrimp trio with baked; potato; Dad: Amir’s Feast with baked potato; Grandma: Shrimp Trio with broccoli, nothing was wrong with the drinks but with the waters for some of us they gave bottled water or the water they’ve boiled due to the area was hit due to a animal ran into a water pump in a park in Cooper City that causes it. They just making sure that they don’t serve filthy water which is good. We didn’t have any desert at all, my grandmother used her debit card and a restaurant from one of her friends gave her.
If this was a very good service I would rate this full 5 stars but due to the bad problems today I will rate this 2 of 5 stars. My party and I would go here again overall the service and the food was good.
