They win the award for slowest market in the county. Although it’s way overpriced the food is what you would expect from a Resort. The staff is unfriendly and never smiles. It’s obvious they don’t want to be there. Doesn’t matter if there is 20 people or 2 people in line, the staff move at a snail pace. Don’t go here if your in a hurry. Otherwise the food is decent.

Great food and great place to stop and eat lunch after 17 mile drive. We loved it so much we went here 2 times

This place is pricey as most of us know. All i bought was a thing of chapstick that costs at least $ 3.00. The lady working there when i was there is really cool, just that i forgot her name.

Meh! I stopped off at this market in Pebble beach yesterday and ordered a sandwich. THe sandwich was made well and the filling was excellent, but the bread just wasn’t quality. You would think that a store with these prices and catering to folks with a little bit of money would have top-notch bakery goods, but no. I had my sandwich was on chiabatta bread, but it tasted like doughy white bread. For crissakes guys! there’s a Trader Joe’s nearby with wonderful bread. No reason to sell second class products. They need to work on that immediately!

I LOVE this market! I make a trip from out of town once a year and am never disappointed! The deli food is so good! The sandwiches are made to order. The chili is very good. The desserts are OUTSTANDING! The key lime tart is the things dreams are made of. There is a picnic area with a few tables to enjoy your lunch. The staff is pleasant enough although not overly friendly. But, with food that good-I don’t even care. It’s expensive. No doubt about it. But it is GOOD!

As a local, I love to stop by this spot when I’m running errands in the area. The staff are friendly and the food selection is very good. The prices are high, but that is what you can expect from Pebble Beach. Great wine selection – buy a bottle and walk next door to dinner and pay a minimal corkage fee!

During our tour of 17 Mile Dr, we stopped here for a panini sandwich. They have a full deli and we ordered a roast beef sandwich. The sandwich took a while to be made, 15 minutes, but it was flavorful and satisfying. We also purchased a brownie from their baked goods area. Very tasty! The market also has lots of other packages snacks and bottled beverages. They also have a large collection of bottled wines to peruse and purchase.

We had the«The Player Panini» which was tri-tip with BBQ sauce. The portions were plentiful and the taste was very good. We did a impromptu trip to 17-mile drive and didn’t pack lunch so we decided to stop by the Market and grab something to eat. Though it’s a little on the pricy side(to be expected since its Pebble Beach), I though it was worth it. If you’re going to make a trip to the 17-mile drive, I would suggest doing it picnic style since there’s a lot of beautiful places to eat. If you don’t feel bringing food, this is a good alternative place.

Saw the four star reviews and hey it’s Pebble Beach so my girlfriend and I stopped here while driving 17 Mile Drive. Staff very friendly, cute little market, wide selection. However, the sandwiches were mediocre at best. The sandwich meats in particular seemed to be store brand packaged, mystery meat turkey, definitely not sliced deli meat like you would expect at a place like this. I pulled the meat out of my sandwich and my girlfriend ate a few bites and then tossed hers out. There’s no reason a place like Pebble Beach can’t offer a decent sandwich. Come here to stock up on snacks, grab a coffee, or baked goods. But stay away from the sandwiches…

The Pebble Beach Market is the perfect place to grab fresh, healthy food and snack items while visiting the resort or while on a tour of 17-Mile Drive. All of their sandwiches are made to order and they also have fresh salads and deli items to choose from. Their wine selection is on point and they offer all different varieties including full and ½ size bottles-perfect for a picnic by the Lone Cypress Tree!

Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate. Did I mention chocolate? This little shop is just what you need when in town. It’s not a regular food market. But is anything in Pebble regular? Enjoy the good. The staff is courteous and helpful.

This is in the middle of the 17-mile scenic drive… The sandwich order line was slow but the sandwiches were pretty good and worth the wait. We sat outside on one of the picnic tables enjoyed the northern California rays. You should definitely make it a refueling stop on your drive around Pebble Beach /Carmel.

Great sandwiches, okay reheated food, and staff is always very polite. If you’re staying at the lodge and you’re stuck in Pebble this is your place to go get snacks, water, toiletries, alcohol, wine, champagne, etc. Would give more stars but it needs updating, especially the queue for the registers, it’s always a mess.

Stopped by here for lunch break during a roadbiking in the Monterey area. I already had a sandwich, so I just had a cup of coffee. I love to have coffee during roadbiking! Normal lunch food is available here. Picnic table also available.

I am basing this review solely on the customized sandwhiches at Pebble Beach Market. I ordered a turkey sandwhich, panini style. My first complaint is that the bread was toasted before any ingredients were even put onto the sandwhich. After toasting, the cold turkey and vegetables were just placed onto the warm bread and made for a very weird mix of temperatures. The turkey itself was good but I had more cheese than turkey, and for a $ 10 sandwhich I would expect more. I feel like I could make a better sandwhich at home.

What a great little market amongst the shops near the Pebble Beach Lodge. There’s a great little deli within the market which makes sandwiches to order — hot or cold — with a variety of toppings to choose from. Pre-made selections are also offered. They have a decent selection of chips and other snacks. What I especially liked about this small market is the variety of wines available for purchase. There is something for everyone from the reasonably priced(for Pebble Beach standards) to high end more exclusive offerings. It’s always fun to browse the selection, especially when I can come away with something affordable and new to try. Service has always been friendly and relatively quick even when there is a line. I know they offer picnic baskets and cater as well although I have not used these services. They are a bit on the expensive side, but then again they are located within the Pebble Beach Resort so that is to be expected.

This market is awesome, it has so many cool and expensive sundries to purchase here. Grab a good bottle of wine and enjoy it while you and your friends continue forward on the 17-Mile Drive. Good Times!

Pebble Beach Market is my place to stop for lunch on the wonderful Seventeen Mile Drive! Included in a cluster of businesses near The Lodge at Pebble Beach, the market has a wonderful deli where you can choose from pre-made deli case items(such as pre-made sandwiches all the way to lasagna), or order a totally personalized sandwich. BF went for a pre-made turkey chipotle wrap, while I assembled my sandwich. Guy Behind The Counter was very friendly, helpful and patient while I read over their huge list of ingredients, and finally settled on a wrap with turkey, cream cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, cucumber and red onion. We already had drinks and snacks in our car, which was lucky in enabling us to save a little money — it is Pebble Beach after all, and ain’t nothing cheap for miles! But to get 2 large and expertly made sandwiches for $ 20 when all other nearby options require a personal loan? No problem. The wraps were delicious, all ingredients were very fresh and even though we seemed to arrive during a rush, our food was ready in just a couple minutes. In browsing around, we saw many options of snacks, sides, desserts and of course wine. The sky is the limit here — you can stop in for a snack or a true feast! I highly recommended Pebble Beach Market for a quick and reasonably priced pit stop on the beautiful Drive — if you’re like me and only along for the sights, this really seems to be the only stop where you can score a lunch as affordable as it is tasty. Thank you!

I had the pre-made Caesar Salad and added some artichoke hearts. No, it wasn’t cheap. BUT, you are at Pebble Beach. Expect quality and atmosphere. I have also had their iced soy chai tea it is very good. It is worth the quick bite if you’re in PB.
