Went for a 1^st birthday and it was open bar
They did a great job with a nice outdoor seating
The food was good
Salad, meat veggies were great
Would totally go back for a pint

Solid bar/​restaurant. Certainly better quality than others like it in the area. Good food, good service. Burgers are their mainstay, but have a nice variety of bar type food.

Bartenders rock. Great jukebox! Tv’ everywhere.

The food is delicious. They have expanded in the last two years or so. Good party place. Can rent and cater for a private party.
Cool décor. Guess the movies dare you.

Full bar with pub grub within walking distance of the train station. Lots of deep fried apps goodness to be had, I loved the Pub Cheeseburger piled high with a fried egg and BACON and hollandaise sauce. There’s also salads, wraps and a full bar. Enjoy!

Decided to watch the rest of the Mets game and grab some dinner at the bar ordered a steak and my beautiful companion ordered the «special» quesadillas with chicken beans and corn. This is when things take a dive both our dishes come out steak looks great but the quesadillas with nothing in them just cheese… we notice after the Waitress walks away I go look for her cause the place was packed and find her. She tells me she will get it fixed and to just hold onto the plain ones for now, no problem go back to the table wait wait wait as my steak gets cold. The quesadillas come out look great but now no beans and corn just chicken … At this point we were so hungry we just wanted to eat and get the hell out of the place. The waitress returns and asked how everything turned out we told her about the lack of beans and corn and she apologized again, I asked for a little discount because of the continuous errors with the quesadillas and in the end we still Didn’t get the correct order she goes to talk to the bar tender cause I guess there is no manager on duty figures cause they refuse to give any sort of discount. Poor management sucks cause I’m a local and love the place but not anymore

Great place for drinks but absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had in a bar. It was my 2^nd time here in 6 months and I thought perhaps we just had a bad experience the 1^st time. We got 3 appetizers today and they were all terrible. Pre-​packaged, frozen stuff, terrible. They could do so much more, very unfortunate the serve this crap.

$ 7 for a blue moon draft? Outrageous! Then told by the bartender he didn’t make the prices… Never before seen in Rockland County!

We used the their party room next door for our rehearsal dinner. The evening was perfect! They had a delicious buffet and cocktail hour for us. Their banquet room is very pretty with a large beautiful bar and private back patio with tvs. Steven was very laid back and executed everything we asked, even an ice cream bar! The waitress and bartender went out of their way to help us and make the evening before our wedding perfect. This venue would be great for showers, rehearsal dinners, etc.

Courtious, but ridiculous rules. Walking in on a Sunday night at 10:45, 4 people in the place, ask to get some food and drinks. There was 4 of us, and the bartender said you need sleeves, yet there were girls in there with tank tops on. WTF that’s a not fair. Really. We we were trying to eat at the bar. Not a table. What gives.

This place has an amazing selection of burgers, as well as a good variety of other typical pub grub. Their pub burger (fried egg and bacon cheeseburger) is fantastic. I had been craving a good burger with a fried egg on it for quite some time, and this definitely hit the spot. Both the burger itself and the toppings are great, and the bun is a good size relative to the burger. Their appropriately-​named MOAB is also great (and I love the name). I’ve also heard the Chop House burger was really good, though I’ve yet to have it myself.
Fries are good and pretty crispy, and I like that they’re a bit on the thick side. Good beer selection, and they poured my Yuengling well. Prices are reasonable — about what you’d expect for a pub in this area.
Also, they have an array of big TVs in the bar area, and clearly have some bartenders that are knowledgeable about baseball (at least when i was there), so props for that. In a village full of Irish pubs, this is definitely a good one.

Monday night wings are what wings are supposed to be. Best wings I’ve had in a long time.

Almost got in a bar fight with some dude. Good bar all around. Theres alot of posers and weird folk. I had some good convos with some homies. I got really drunk, and then walked to my aunts house at 2 in the morning. Very irish town so thats pretty chill.

Very displeased. I was there last night and ordered a drink, I was given the wrong drink so I asked the bartender to please remake it. She did, but the beverage was severely underpoured (had little to no alcohol in it). I am an industry professional, so I knew immediately this had happened. I politely asked the other bartender to please remake my drink. He told me that the drink was made perfectly fine, I asked him to taste it, he refused and told me I was wrong. If I am wrong or not, I am the customer, I should be treated respectfully. The situation was handled very poorly and I was astonished at the ignorance level. Will not go back here.

Decided to try this place based mostly positive reviews. When we walked in the place was noisy from the bar crowd. We walked to the back dining room and were promptly seated by host/​waiter. Ordered a craft beer, an order of jalapeño poppers, a Reuben sandwich and a burger.
The beer was good then decided to order a cider. I guess cider is not very popular as it was off, had a «corked» flavor and musky smell. I drank a lot of cider all over the world (including the same brand) and usually a fresh cider smells and tastes like apples. Here it was not that!
When the food arrived, the portion of poppers was tiny — $ 6.95 for 6 poppers? Even in the city they give you twice as much. The burger and the fries were cold. The Reuben and fries were also cold. When we told the waiter, he promptly took the food back and then brought it back hot after a while. Not sure if the food was prepared again or reheated. Now the turban was just a meat (a little meat that there was) sandwich. No sour kraut, no dressing. The waiter brought the kraut on the side but it just not the same when cold. The table next to us was also having issues with the kitchen and sent food back. The best part of the visit was the waiter who was apologetic and bought me a Guinness. Come on guys, you can be a good pub when your kitchen starts working like it should. Two stars for the waiter, zero stars for food.

Ok Noonans isn’t a get wild party bar and that’s why it’s one of my more favorite bars in pearl river. The scene has a more local feel to it rather than full of underage kids who can’t handle themselves in bars. The drink prices are decent enough and the selection is plentiful. Best thing about them is that they offer all your favorite drunk munchies all night long. For a town that boasts like 10 bars on the same street there aren’t many food options for the night crowd. Dominos and Noonans. That’s pretty bleak for an Irish drinking town but Noonans can always come thru for you on those late night boozy munchies.

Unless you already know the owners or the people who go regularly, don’t bother. Unwelcoming and unfriendly. I avoid it and tell everyone to do likewise. There are much better places to spend your hard earned cash and time.

Fast service, not too pricey fare, and they have 4, screens out back. They even put on the game we wanted to watch.

One of the better Pearl River bars. Pours an excellent Guinness, Definite local crowd. The bartender was very friendly…
Late night crowd seems to be not the typical bar hopping crowd which is good.
It has an old local Irish bar feeling…
The food is typical bar food, nothing special.

One of the few bars I go to when up in Rockland for a visit. I remember when Noonan’s first opened over 10 years ago and I think they keep getting better and better. The crowd here at night is definitely more tame and mature than some of the other bars down the street, but the music is still fun and lively. The bartenders are friendly and their pours are generous. Their food is standard pub fare – not much to screw up there, but the kitchen is open late which is always great. They have an outside patio area with a bar back there, but is also open year round for smokers. I heard they just purchased the space next door for parties and such. glad they are doing so well!

One of the better Pearl River pubs, especially in terms of service. It’s pretty professional and friendly, which goes a long way with me.
That said the food is pretty darn good — I usually stick with sandwiches but they are definitely great. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is so amazing, my mouth is watering just thinking about it now, four days after I last tasted it. The wing sauce has a really nice kick to it. I normally ask for it grilled not breaded, but the sauce is so good I don’t notice that I’m eating «healthier». Delicious sweet potato fries too.
They have a nice outdoor seating area with a little tiki bar to enjoy during the warmer months.
