As far as Chinese take-out goes, Best Wok is on the lower end of average. Fried rice and lo mein have just enough meat and vegetables to add a little color, but not enough to add any flavor. Things that should be dry are greasy, and things that should be greasy are dry. The oil isn’t hot enough, so too much soaks into tempura batter. Sweet and sour sauce, served cold most places, is piping hot here, which thins it out and dulls the taste. Nothing here is very good. But it’s pretty cheap, the service is fast and friendly, and everything seems reasonably clean. You could do better, but you’d probably have to go to Spring Valley or Nanuet.
