I’ve been to this location on several occasions, and they continue to live up to their bad reputation. Let’s start with the positive… they have brought in friendlier workers, which is always a plus. Unfortunately that’s where the positives stop, and the negatives begin. Service can be painfully slow, even during slow times. My biggest complaint is their inability to get an order correct. It happens way too much! The last few times I’ve been I’ve ordered a steak burrito supreme, and each time I get beef. They have no problem charging me for steak, but the preparers aren’t reading the screen correctly. There are also times that I(or my wife) get home only to find items missing. Needless to say, check your order before leaving!!!

Slow service in the drive-thru and my food was not hot. I was very annoyed at the drive-thru attendant who seemed to be more focused on talking then getting the customer’s food out timely.

Same ol’ Taco Bell food. You either love it or you don’t. The big issue with this location is the time of service. On average it takes 20 – 25 minutes for one order to be completed. Expect not so fast food here.
