Rite Aid

Told me my Script would take a week to fill, did not offer to check another Rite Aid to see if they had my Medicine until I ask them to, technicians eating behind the counter in view of customers and talking to customers with there mouth full, then in the drive through a technicians making making fun of a customer calling them a «idiot» because they had the wrong Rite Aid, then the so called Pharmacist hardly spoke an English and was very rude, I ask her to call the 1 – 800 # to see if they some how expedite my script, she informed me that we have never done that and the 1 – 800 # cannot help you, this Rite Aid is a three Ring Circus I am doing my best to see if I can get approval to switch to a CVS/​Wal-​Mart, anything but Rite Aid.

Drive through wait times are insane. If someone is going to wait for their meds then make them go inside.

Had to get a prescription filled and my medical card had an error on it that forced the card to decline. The young lady with a beautiful accent called my insurer and got everything straightened out when she didn’t have to.

Needed to keep track of my blood pressure. Stopped in to have my blood pressure taken by one of those machines. They had one! And, my blood pressure was just fine. Thank you Rite Aid for maintaining the Blood Pressure machines.

Do NOT get your prescriptions filled here. First, they told me it would only be a 15 min wait. An hour later, they finally call my name. Then they messed up my insurance. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, or even just double check the computer, they continued to argue with me, telling me I was wrong with a ignorant attitude. Never willing to even explain their POV, just telling me to leave and go call my insurance. Most of my complaint is because of the red headed employee that gave me most of the attitude. I am a long time customer of Rite Aid, but I’m sorry to say that I will NEVER go back for Rx again.

Parents BEWARE!!! Check meds carefully!!! This Rite Aid gave my 11 year old son a pain killer instead of the med he was suppose to get. So, just double check your meds…
