I go here a lot being a single bachelor lol. The service is usually remarkable for today’s standards. The staff is always friendly which makes all the difference and the quality of food is great too. But they always say they turn off the fryers at night after 12, so you can’t get a chalupa… or half the menu. Why even stay open? Lol

I have been to this Taco Bell many times in past and had great service. Near AACC and Severn School. I usually get the meal deal with something else.
This time I came in and when I subbed cheese and fresh chips they had it programmed in their computer keypad. Excellente!!!

Don’t go to this Taco Bell if you plan on using the drive through and don’t have time to waste. Seriously, this is the SLOWEST place, of any fast food restaurant, I have ever eaten at. It’s always like this too. One time my younger brother and I were in the drive through line for almost a half an hour.
Also, more often than not the food that is served to me is prepared and wrapped in such a sloppy manner. I recently ordered the spicy chicken Dorito tacos and for some reason the shells were so soggy that it wasn’t edible. It completely crumbled apart while trying to pick it up. Disgusting!

F this place. They couldn’t get our order correct. We went back in and told them about it. They gladly made the missing items but my boyfriend was convinced they all rubbed their ball sacks on his chicken soft tacos. That comment generated a few good laughs during the car ride home…

I tried the breakfast menu for the first time, and the last time. Not a single item was seasoned at all. BLAND all around. The flagship waffle taco was greasy and spongy, and the eggs were dry. Assembly of the taco was an afterthought at best, and the cheese was non existant as if it were being rationed. Stick with the lunch menu.

Deserves zero stars. This is possibly the filthiest restaurant of any type I’ve ever been at. Anywhere in the world.
Appears the tables, floors and chairs especially were last cleaned around 1995? Pure filth.
Agree with prior post comment about no tray liners. And dirty trays.
Bathroom was filthy as well.
If there is management of this property, it’s obviously not focused on hygiene or sanitation of surfaces.
Imagine what neglect the food prep areas probably receive?
