Awful customer service. They answer the phone like you called the wrong number.
And they don’t honor coffee bean gift cards, nor do they have an explanation for that ridiculous policy.
What’s the point of buying gift cards from a business when their chains don’t even accept them? Aren’t they supposed to be like cash?

Horrible place I came to get coffee which I usually get from Starbucks but because I had a gift card I thought I should try it. But after waiting for 10 minutes and Ralph’s associates paging no body was there to help even though there sign said 6 am-​6 pm and no other sign saying they stepped away

John and Blake are the two Best Employees they have at this location! They both will serve you with a friendly smile and conversation, never rushing you out and quickly getting your order out in a quick and timely manner!
