The best 711 of all… customer people mean customer service. My favorite 7 11 OF ALL TIME.

This 711 is awsome. Specially the staff are super friendly.. You may be lucky if you run into Raymond the funny black bum. He got jokes for days.

For me ⁷⁄₁₁ locations are just about the same. I’m a regular visitor to ⁷⁄₁₁ stores all over the Los Angeles area because I travel quit a bit. What separates one location from the other in my mind is the customer service. In the case of this location I had a bad experience. For about a month they were selling 1 liter Coke products — two for $ 3. At the time I was drinking a lot of Diet Coke so I took advantage of the sale. I stopped at this location, grabbed my 2 bottles and headed to the register. When the girl behind the counter rang them up it was regular price. I informed her of the sale and directed her to the small sign posted underneath the Coke rack in the cooler. She went to get another employee to ask for help. This employee informed me that sale had ended 2 days ago and they were now regular price — «if I would look at the dates on the sign I would see the end date». First off — its not my problem that you didn’t take down the sale sign. Second, the sign is located on the second from the bottom shelf in the cooler. Third, the «fine print» with the dates on it are written in miniscule script so unless I got down on my knees with a magnifying glass I wouldn’t see it.
To be clear, I’m not a difficult customer who expects to be treated like royalty at all times. But I do have a problem with people being rude — especially when the mistake is there own. If you have a sign posted that says an item is on sale then you should offer the sale price even if the sale is over. That is good customer service.
Since there are four other ⁷⁄₁₁ locations within a mile of this one I will visit them instead.

This store is well put together! I came in to get a drink to cool down and at the last minute I wanted to snack on something.
When the cashier found out that the mini tacos I wanted were hard from being in there too long, she didn’t charge me for the drink!
A very kind gesture. This will be my Go To 7 – 11 on the way to work.
