Awful. Crap service. Terrible pizza. Can someone please open a good pizza restaurant on Main St.

Run the opposite direction. This is a Chuck-e-Cheeze at 20 times the price. In terms of bad culinary decisions, this is up there with the time I ordered veal parm at a truck stop. Really, it’s all a trap: you go there thinking you’ll get basically shopping mall food court style food at a marginally less insane price than the usual in this resort town madhouse of $ 50+ entrees, and what you get is dumpster-diving food at Chez LoanSharique prices. A half-order of plastic spaghetti with fossilized garlic bread, a veggie burger, and one beer: over $ 40. This includes the service charge they tack on the bill for parties of all sizes, even though they don’t even have normal wait service. You have to go up to the counter to order your tasteless, runny muck, and pay on the spot. What do the not-really-waiters do for their forcible tip? They bring out your food. And that isn’t even right. My clearly microwaved spaghetti slop arrived ten minutes before my wife’s garden burger, so I got to eat cold mush rather than lukewarm. 15 minutes later, we both have upset stomachs. All thanks to the revolting, foul, inedible yet stunningly expensive«food.» If you believe in God now, you won’t after dinner here.

Such mediocre food and such HIGH prices. Just because you’re on Main Street in Park City doesn’t mean you should be able to get away with serving people such low quality food at such a steep price. My husband and I came up to Park City for the weekend for our anniversary and went to Main Street to grab some lunch and go to the Sunday market. We would have been better off eating anywhere else. My husbands pasta was a small portion and tasteless and the garlic bread was hard as a rock. My chicken quesadilla was underwhelming to say the least, with hardly any cheese at all and awkward chunks of chicken. We spent $ 40 on our small meal. All I have to say is no thank you and we won’t be going back.

Overpriced and below average food. Really gone down hill over the last few years. The pasta #1 I ordered was something I could have made and the garlic bread was hard as a rock. Not only my food was well below exciting and not good, but my wives quesadilla was boring and tasted so plain. We spent $ 40 bucks here and we will for sure not be coming back.

We had a good experience; surprised at some of the other reviews. The pizza was delicious! It doesn’t taste like your everyday«chain store» pizza… The crust is handmade and the ingredients are fresh. It was a little pricey, but we expect that in Park City. The service was decent and it was very busy! Doug was very attentive and helpful; great personality.

Same poor experience as many others on here. $ 17 for a calzone, $ 7 for a salad. I asked for no olives or onions and the salad I got definitely had both on it. I can’t believe this place is still open, honesty. They must only do new business, as no one in their right mind would return. I wouldn’t just leave a negative review for fun, but I felt compelled after my experience. Overpriced and mediocre(at best) food– inattentive staff.

My calzone was delicious. The pasta portions are small. The premium price for buffet service is why there are so few stars. This is a tourist trap trying to make rent on Main street. The inner tables are packed in. You will be bumping into the people next to you. Try to sit around the outside boothes. I wish I read the reviews before posting one. 2.5 stars is just about right

A group of my friends and I walked into this place around 9:00 pm on a Saturday night, feeling the need for some pasta. We get in, decide what we want, and go to order it all. Now, this is one of those places where you need to go stand at the register and order — I don’t have a problem with that. We get over there, and the woman assisting us is on the phone, so we wait for something like three minutes, just standing there. She gets off and starts take our orders, but only takes one before she starts talking to some random guy, and they started to complain in front of customers right in front of us. Obviously, she didn’t give one shit, and we decided our time would be better spent at the Fresh Market getting stuff for our own pasta. On our way out the cooks shouted some crude good riddance farewells to us, and we responded in kind by ignoring them. We saved a ton on money and had a good time afterwards — never go to this place. Go to Fresh Market instead. Or No Name Saloon. That place is dope.

They charge you 12% gratuity for a place that don’t have any server, you need to order on cashier. I ordered a beer that come warn, I ask to have a cold one, the guy told me that is the only one that they have! It’s to hot inside, almost 80 °F!

Ordered teriyaki chicken, was good, they forgot to put teriyaki on it. Scott ordered a buffalo burger, he got a veggie burger– veggie burger was gross … Ordered hot wings The hot wings were yummy. They automatically put in a 12% gratuity tip, I believe if they’re going to put in a gratuity tip they need to get your order right , they should have a waitress, or waiter serve you at your table, bring your food out and bring your drinks out to your table there was no service whatsoever !!! I won’t be going to that restaurant again No good

Good food and came out fast. Service was terrible. F. Barely a grunt from ANY employee when asked the most basic question. NEVER a your welcome or offer to do really much of anything. When I ordered at the front they asked me my table number. «How would I know that,» I asked. «It’s on your table,» was the reply. Great. Let me walk back and check. Lame. Overall good food but shitbag service. I would not come back

Should have followed Unilocal advice and gone elsewhere. Really weird set up to be seated then have to go back up to order then automatically charged a set amount for gratuity. I will say that husband liked his pizza a lot. Kids spaghetti was just ok, my turkey sandwich was missing both the avocado and the Swiss cheese. Fries were not good. Definitely popular among families. I didn’t see anyone without a group of kids in tow. In fact, set up was a lot like Chuck E. Cheese minus the games.

The food was good, how bad can you mess up pizza?! The service was horrible! They are so unfriendly, rude and not helpful. You have to order at the counter, yet they feel entitled to charge you 12% gratuity! Quiet presumptuous based on the poor service! This is definitely a tourist trap but it was Sunday and there were few choices that were open. I guess it wasn’t the worst $ 30 lunch I’ve ever had, although I can’t remember one that was worse!

I will not go back to this restaurant. The food wasn’t the issue. The service was poor, they have you order from the counter, you rarely, if ever, see a server, and to add to insult to injury they charge 12% gratuity. They do nothing to deserve any tip. You get better service at McDonalds. Overall I left angry, not satisfied.

Casual, nothing fancy but you can easily grab a table /even when other restaurants have a 2 hour wait. The best dish by far was the cheese tortellini.

Ok food. Poor service. High prices. We were seated and served water, then told we needed to order at a counter. No one came back to answer menu questions. Order included a mandatory 12% tip, which was odd considering no one refilled drinks or did anything other than deliver food. Drinks were self serve. Food delivery was slow and not together, leaving 5 of us done with our meal when our 6th person just received his salad. I had to go up and ask about my salad after waiting 15 min. Pizza and calzones were good and made to order. Salads were fresh. Chicken tortilla soup tasted like it was from a can, not heated enough. $ 17 for calzones or a pizza seems high. $ 7 for a house salad is expensive. It was a fun, lively atmosphere, with Family Guy on tv. But overall, I’d try somewhere else next time.

12% gratuity included?! I wouldn’t even give them a five percent gratuity. On top of that, to have a tip jar in front of the register? What is this? There was no service provided worth giving a tip! I had to get up and order my own food, fill my own drinks, and then pay a premium for food with way too much Garlic in it? I felt like I ate a clove of garlic rather than garlic knots. Their sauces were sub par, the sandwich was disgusting, and the pasta portion was skimpy. The only part I enjoyed was the homemade fries. I give those a five star. On top of all this, it’s the middle of winter and they open up all the doors? I came in to get out of the cold, not let the cold overtake the temperature of my food.

I get it – Park City is a tourist city. From ski resorts to the Sundance Film Festival, anything located on Main Street is fair game for visitors to get their pockets swiped dry. It’s natural. Sad to say, this place is probably the worst of them. When you think«pizza,» you think«oh okay, casual and(fairly) cheap.» You wouldn’t think that a mediocre 10 inch, 1-topping pie would cost you around $ 25. What really puts it over the edge is the automatic 12% gratuity added to every order. I find it unjustifiable because it’s practically self-serve — you go up to the counter to make your order, pay, and fill up your own cup. So if you had a party of six, each person would be subject to the auto-gratuity. The pizza is actually not that bad, but it’s not anything special either. The pasta portions come on the scanty side, even for their«full» sizes, which ran about $ 25, too. Note: the pricing menu on their official website is outdated. Also, the bathrooms are located in a suspect alleyway. On the bright side, they had a basket of complimentary apples when we visited. Strange. But you can bet my party and I took full advantage since we weren’t even full from our ridiculously expensive meals. Treat yourself to a nicer dinner elsewhere!

25 bucks for a calzone and soda. You gotta be effing kidding me. Plus… it wasn’t that good. Dough was dry like gluten free bread. This place also forces 12% grat for all customers. I don’t mind tipping but forcing it is bullshiz.
