Food was all really good but the service didn’t measure up. I would totally order takeout next time

Great restaurant. Husband had ravioli Diablo, he loved it! I had the Alfredo with chicken, very good. You cant miss the ample portions and savory sauces. Eat here!

I walked into the restaraunt last week when I first arrived in Park City, and will not be going back. As soon as I entered the door I was completely ignored by all 4 staff members standing behind the bar not even five feet to my right. After I finally managed to get someone to seat me, my waiter seemed too preoccupied speaking to the three people at the bar to come help me, despite the fact that I was clearly his only table. The food was good, but not quite worth sitting through the awful service again.

The service was quick and good, and the food tasted fine, but what concerned me was my husband waking up at 4 am with food poisoning. He ordered the Fuego Alfredo, and I ordered the Shrimp and Clam Linguini. We won’t be going back.

Our annual ski trip to Park City has included Fuego for the last trips. After many years of carry-out pizza that was OK to marginal, we hit upon Fuego two years ago for carryout. Tasty pizzas cooked in their wood stove. Last year and this year we ate at Fuego. Last year the flat bread bruschetta was rectangular and very good. This year it was round but still good. Salads are decent. Still love their pizzas. Decent wine selection at normal restaurant markups. Unless they totally mess up next time, we’ll continue to visit them while in town.

Terrible food. Fuego, as in light the food on Fire and toss it… Pizza was awful as was all of the pasta dishes we ordered. Italian restaurant that can’t get spaghetti and meatballs or pizza right? Definitely don’t eat here.

We enjoyed a couple of really tasty pasta dishes and some cocktails from the bar. The whole experience was great, including service from an excellent server. Would recommend if you’re staying in the Prospector Square area.

This place is good! Servers are quiet and keep their distance which is nice except the wait for service can seem a little long sometimes. The Fuego Alfredo pasta dish is a favorite: spaghetti noodles in a creamy Alfredo sauce with melted cheese and a slight garlic flavor. I would suggest adding chicken because while it is good, it can get bland after a few bites. Bread is brought with most dishes but not while you wait for your food. If you want extra bread just ask! The waiter told us it would be a $ 1 to add more bread(steal!) but ended up giving 4 slices to us free(word.)! I would say good matches the price, pretty good but not to die for. The cook is friendly and appreciates acknowledgement. Atmosphere is casual, good for children but probably more accommodating for adults. I would recommend this restaurant!

Food was good service was great as well. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the boss was yelling at his employees while I was having dinner there with my family. Super unprofessional!!! Not only that it shows what kind of character and person they are I have been there 3 times and those three times have had the luck to always witness him and I think I would rather order take out from this place then watch the boss«Jason’ be rude. If that’s the kinda environment you like then this is the place for you!

Needed a quick, but good place for a lunch meeting and Fuego was the choice. The Chicken Caesar Salad was delicious and filling. The service was just right where we were able to discuss agenda items while not being needlessly interrupted by the wait staff.

Found this place in the Dishing Park City magazine. The photos made the food and ambiance look really good. Our experience of this place was disappointing. The layout and décor was awkward and inconsistent. The waiters all congregated at a table at the back of the restaurant hanging out and on their cell phones. The portion sizes were enormous and the sauces tasted store bought, not made from scratch. Food was not great. We won’t be going back again. We were hoping to have a much better experience overall.

Great food, great service. Priced right, especially for Park City. Their pollo Pompeii is amazingly flavorful!

The great thing about this place is that it’s in walking distance from the place we stayed. The bad thing is The pizza and pasta are over priced for what it was… Pizza, pasta, and drinks 49 $ hmm yeah no thank you might as well gone to Dominos … Good service from the servers though: D

East coast Italian. ’nuff said. You miss those pounded-flat chicken cutlets, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside? Fuego is, what I consider, North Eastern comfort food and delivers all the favorites as well as some unique dishes that are sure to please. Prices are a tad high but, overall, well below pricey for Park City. I like the chicken dishes the best here but the pizza & pasta are better than average and certainly better than anywhere else on Main Street(Save café Terigo). Apart from some seriously flavorful dishes — the Pollo Pompei is one I’d recommend — there is nothing truly remarkable about the dining experience. Service, ambiance and wine/beer list are fine. This is one of Park City’s better balances of good food and non-pretentious atmosphere. Will return.

I always love the food here and would go back again, however, our waiter, Payne, was not very friendly. Had to flag him down for service more than a couple of times: waited… Waited… waited…he mumbled, did not even look at me when I ordered… Acted like we were an inconvenience. You know, I’m not picky(been on the business myself), this dude was not a happy camper… Sorry. Food was good but place needs to work on service… Not very attentive.

We love Fuego! The entire staff, management and ownership is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is really good and there is a good variety of options, as well as nightly specials. It is a family friendly environment but also has a small bar area if you are looking to just enjoy a drink. I would highly recommend Fuego! You have to try the Fuego Limon for dessert as well!

I ordered 3 pizza, and all 3 of them had their toppings slided to one extreme side as shown in the below pictures My order number was 8250, and I placed my order around 9:00pm March 20th, 2015. I tried calling the place as soon as I got the order around 9:45pm, but no one picked up. I would like to get either replacement for the messed up pizza or get refund, but I suspect that is not going to happen considering how non-responsive this restaurant is to Unilocal review…

Sometimes the service can be very slow, but the food is always great. And the staff is friendly. My favorite food options are spinach salad, focaccia with cheese, Diablo ravioli & standard spaghetti & meatballs. To me, the red sauce is the key– theirs is yummy. The pizzas are good too– many are tasty. The Caribbean martini is worth it– often get it while I wait for take-out. Overall, I do highly recommend Fuego and I eat there often.
