Went back again to Yellow Snow. It was just as awesome as the first time. I continue to recommend friends to this great place. Had the coconut almond ice cream. My friend tried the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and remarked that it tasted better than actual strawberry cheesecake. You really cannot go wrong here — the ice cream is fabulous, my kids love the place, and the pricing is cheap for Park City. I sat out on the back patio in the sun for about an hour, it was great. As I was leaving, a kids birthday party celebration was showing up. I am happy that business is picking up. Yellow Snow has been open about a year and half. The place is great. Still love the«red latte.» I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great home made ice cream. I tried a bunch of flavors but my favorites are banana bread and cookies and cream. Definitely check it out. Hard to go back to store bought or chain restaurant ice cream after though.

Great Coffee Shop! Chairs, tables, couches, t-shirts and more! Awesome atmosphere that clearly shares a heart for their own Park City community. There are community events for teens, kids, moms and tots. We loved the coffee and enjoyed meeting the owner. Ice Cream is also very good :) Even mid-winter!

Pretty cool place. Very nice people, cool board games, foosball, wii. I’d go back. And for those waiting to watch a film at the prospector, it’s a nice place to hang out for a bit.

I just spent like 3.5 hours here and the guy working the counter was as friendly and engaging when I left as he was when I arrived. The coffee was hot, the soup(chicken tortilla) was excellent. The ice cream, as everyone mentioned, was AMAZING. Try the banana nut and almond joy together, if that’s an option. If only they had something with peanut butter I might have never left. I found the space to be unpretentiously cozy with big couches as well as tables and chairs. Free wi-fi, too. Kid & family friendly — a flatscreen TV in the corner with Netflix and video games; the music playing was really good, too. Must have been a homemade mix because it wasn’t some crappy piped-in repetitive satellite radio. I wish I had stopped by Yellow Snow sooner during my stay here!

Everyone in our group of 6 found something they liked. In particular, the cake batter ice cream was delicious and not heavy or too creamy like other places(ex. Cold Stone…). I’ll be going back.

Yellow Snow is FREAKINGAWESOME. The logo says it’s a homemade ice cream shop, but it’s an understated unpretentious gelato place. I met Sean, the proprietor, at the Park City Food and Wine Classic while indulging in Yellow Snow’s vanilla bean and chocolate ice cream, and a Bloody Tiger sorbet. The chocolate and vanilla were awesome. The vanilla was slightly textured from the vanilla bean but creamy and smooth. The chocolate was equally as good, without texture and plenty of chocolate. I was disappointed in the Bloody Tiger. Inspired and aptly named after a shave ice flavor, it’s a strawberry orange coconut milk sorbet. There’s a lot of texture from the strawberry seeds, the orange is well represented, but the coconut flavor doesn’t fully come out until at the end, like almost an afterthought. This is one of his most popular flavors and on a hot day there’s a reason why.

The sign above Yellow Snow markets itself as a coffee house, deli, and ice cream shoppe. The problem is that ice cream is the only thing they do well — and granted, they do an amazing job with that. There is no food at all in the place to grab with an AM coffee. Furniture is disheveled and dirty. I just don’t find it very inviting. Great for ice cream to-go.

This place is so freaking awesome. It’s a little out of the way, but totally worth seeking out. It’s big and has a great area up front with video games. There were some kids playing guitar hero and Mariokart on Wii when we were there and my boyfriend was very sad he couldn’t jump in with them. The ice cream is half the price than at places on Main Street and twice as good. They were super generous with recommendations and kept giving us tons of samples to make sure we’d love what we picked, though I really liked everything I’ve tried. I tried the Chocolate Orange, Rocky Road(OUTSTANDING), Orange Creamsicle(Also really good) and the Mint Cookie. There were plenty of spaces to sit after a hard day of skiing and good comfy couches. I only wish we’d found this place sooner so we could have tried more. If you want a treat and a good place to relax with some fun flavors of ice cream, try it out.

Yellow Snow is like the best Italian gelato. Rootbeer float, cake batter, dreamsicle, brownie, and everything else is amazing. Seems like there’s a new flavor every time. The staff couldn’t be any nicer. The coffee is also amazing. It’s a fun spot to hang out too, they have a wii, board games, and foosball. If you’re ever in town check it out!

The young guy working here during Sundance(night of 1⁄29) was super friendly. This is a chill café to hang and work on your laptop, maybe even catch some live music, between screenings at Prospector.

With a name like Yellow Snow I had to give it a try. And was not disappointed. The ice cream is more like gelato. And the flavors are well crafted and have a natural, quality taste. For instance, the strawberry banana tasted refreshing and balanced, almost exactly like a banana split in a cup.
