The fried chicken is delicious, and this is coming from a southern gal. I’m happy to have a new locals spot with good food, large portions, and fair pricing(all of which is rare in Park City). Nice work! I’ll be a regular.

Food: EXCELLENT. Service: Friendly. Counter-only. Value: Excellent. Atmosphere: fast-food style counter service. Small place. Outdoor seating available. Unique: 2TV screens with sports on them. A lot for such a small place! But you can sit outside(like I did) if you want to escape the noise.

Delicious spiced fried chicken, wife loved Rosemary flavor. The personal plate was large enough for two people. The broccoli slaw had a vinegar/lemony kick. They serve draft beer ! Nice music and big television. I highly recommend this place.

We went there twice in one week because the food was so good. The ribs were meaty and delicious. A great selection of sides and the chicken was excellent.

Excited to try as we love Sammy’s especially anything with the pulled chicken. Disappointed as roasted chicken was dry, beet salad not very impressive. Left disappointed and felt like we way over paid for service and food quality.

For the price, this place is a super deal. My wife and I got the«Family Sized» Meal which was a feast for the two of us and left us plenty of left-overs for the next day. I’d recommend to-go… you wouldn’t go here for the ambiance.

Food was overall cold. I had read in other reviews about this issue but hoped it had been corrected. Their problem is they have cooked everything hours or a day before and just keep it warm or don’t in the case of the waffles or chicken. The Mac and cheese was very good but barely above room temp. I can’t believe they would pass a surprise food inspection considering the poor food temp. Overall the food flavor was ok to good. I had the fried chicken and my wife had the fired chicken and waffles. Both had been made many many hours before and the Estella looks burnt. The taste was poor. The fried chicken taste was good but you I expected it to be hot not room temp. If they want to sell cold chicken then tell me that. The sweet potato fries were very good. Fresh and just made I expect. I doubt they survive since they don’t seem interested in improving. Will not return.

Excellent food and excellent service! We had their rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, and pear and beat salad with dressing on the side. Even our picky kids liked the food and it is a kid friendly spot.

Simple and delicious. We did the family platter and pretty much tried everything but the sandwiches. Rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, and baby back ribs with broccoli slaw, mac n cheese, green beans, and sweet potato fries. Kids liked the rotisserie chicken, mac n cheese, and sweet potato fries. My favorites were probably the broccoli slaw and rotisserie chicken. The chicken and ribs had great smoked flavor. New favorite joint here.

Pretty amazing grub here. Got the family meal and it’s a lot of food. Enough to feed 3 – 5 guys for sure. Ribs were bomb. Chicken was moist and bomb as well. Mac is AWESOME and leaves you wanting to bathe in it. Green beans are good enough to crush and snort. Basically I’m addicted and only ate here once. Freakin good food. I’m a fan.

Awesome… and we don’t say that often’ Beet & Pear salad, chicken & waffles, and sweet potatoe fries! Not a lot of tables but sat at bar with a fabulous waiter!

Huge portions! I got chicken rotisserie with 2 sides(green beans & sweet potato fries) and it would of been enough to feed 2 people but as usual I was able to clean my plate. I also liked the simpleness of the menu and lay out. It’s self service water and your food is served on wax paper on top of a cookie sheet. My green beans were tasty and not chewy. I also appreciated the sea salt used on my fries; came with a mayo/ketchup sauce.

Ordered the rotisserie chicken with green beans and Cole slaw. I also ordered a small side Mac & cheese just for a taste. All was good. There was more chicken than I expected and it was tender. The green beans were seasoned well. I only tried a few bites of Mac & cheese– it was good, not great– but I only wanted a few bites anyway. The Cole slaw was my favorite. Not too creamy; not too dry. Good flavor and liked the broccoli in it. Chicken plus 3 sides for under $ 14 was priced right(don’t agree with the other comments that food is over priced). I will most definitely go back! I hope it stays!

Came here during the Sundance Film Festival after viewing the good reviews on Unilocal. We liked it. First off, it’s in a strip mall, so don’t let that throw you off, and it is a pretty small place, but you should find a seat fairly quickly. They have good chicken and a bunch of souther style sides. I enjoyed the green beans and the beets(red and golden). They had 4 beers on tap. The Jalapeño cream and Respect your Mother Amber were both good, but the jalapeño one is quite hot. I would return if in the area.

My wife and I wanted to eat here every day when we were in Park City. super value off the strip, and about as delicious as it gets. best food i had in Park City. Get the ribs. The sides were also outstanding. I had the broccoli slaw and green beens(and fried chicken). My wife’s ribs were out of the park.

Great low key and cute spot with delicious food — especially awesome for Sundance Festival because it’s *slightly* off the beaten path and you can actually get a seat and a good meal. We had the rotisserie chicken plate with broccoli slaw and the beet salad, and the Super Food salad(with chicken added). Both were really good and portions are huge!

This place is TINY and has a very limited selection. It’s one of the reasons I liked it so much. The food and beer was good, the girl behind the counter was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Don’t go with more than a couple people. There are only like 8 tables in the whole place(6, 2-tops and 2, 6−8tops. I had the rotisserie chicken and Mac and cheese. It was excellent.

Comfort food! Love me some fried chicken and mac & cheese. They have a lot of really great side but if you are going to eat bad you might as well go all the way. I have only been here during the summer when that plaza is less busy. I would suggest going during off hours because the dining space is small. Might be a better carry out option during the ski season.

Chicken was dry and below average. Mac n cheese is over cooked penne and bland. Fries are good. Pretty expensive for what it is. Service(Randy) was awful. The Fresh Market has better fried chicken, not even joking.

While we were at Sammy’s Bistro, our server asked if we had heard about Sammy’s new restaurant five doors down, Bird & Barley. We had not, and she encouraged us to check it out, as they only opened a couple days before. Bird & Barley focuses on fried chicken and beer(I’ll leave it to you super sleuths to figure out which refers to which). And while they have their liquor license, they’re waiting to get their taps and lines installed, which they think will happen soon. B & B will offer some private-label beers, which Sammy the owner developed in conjunction with Wasatch, such as jalapeño cream and other beer that I can’t remember because I don’t really pay attention to beer. But jalapeño cream sounded intriguing. You can order a «plate» meal for $ 10, which comes with either rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, or baby back ribs. You then get to choose two sides among the selection of mac and cheese, green beans, broccoli slaw, mashed potatoes, fries, roasted beets(why would you pay to eat these?), corn on the cob, or sweet potato fries. I went with the fried chicken, which was as perfect as you can get fried chicken. Nicely crisp, with their own special mix of rosemary and just the right amount of spice in the breading. Just what you would expect from a restaurant specializing in fried chicken. Other selections are a variety of salads(pear and beet, chopped Caesar, or quinoa. The also offer a crab cake Po’ Boy and a Hawaiian Grilled Chicken sandwich, which was really tasty. Sadly, our sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes arrived maybe not even at room temperature, but once we made it known to the manager, he was quick to get two new sides fired and brought them out piping hot. So kudos for resolving this issue so quickly. Park City is always in desperate need for quality food in the $ 10-$ 20 range, and B&B is a very welcome addition to the PC dining scene.
