This is definitely one great Pub/​Restaurant!
The Seared Tuna is one of the finest dishes on the beach!
Also had a great Key Lime Pie.
Tammy was a great server that kept us with something to drink. Get there early to get good parking.
These people handle folks nice!
Prices are very reasonable.
Convenient to Navy Base, Thomas Drive Condos, and
St. Andrews State Park.
Many TVs to watch.
Clean restrooms.

So we went to Half Time Sports Bar & Grill at 8:30p.m. and granted the place is not busy at all (4 ppl). Food & service was HORRIBLE. Like they were in a hurry to get out of there. So we left and went to Patches Pub and enjoyed a great meal and spent $ 57.00.
If you want great food on the East End of the beach Patches is the place. Sometimes it gets to busy and you cant find parking but great food !

We went here to watch the football game. There are plenty of TV’s playing all the different games, so I was able to watch my home team. We started with the Tuna Dip and it was nice and smokey! The pizza was suggested so we ordered the Patches Ultimate Pie. A large is huge, and it ranked one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The service was excellent as well. We will be coming back here next time we are in the area.

No liquor… But beer was cold. Obviously popular with the locals. I didn’t get the gals name that served us, but she was very attentive and did a super job. Go for karaōke, very entertaining! Other patrons were very friendly and we felt welcome.

I want give this place below a 5 because of the a** clown that served us he was just a young buck. I have been to eat here 3 times. The wings, double bacon egg cheese burger, cheese pizza and ahi tuna was off the chain. 2.00 16 Oz beers where great. So sad that sever had to ruin our Friday night, we were really wanted to hear the live band.

Patches is great they have live music most nights and good food. I dont think they have a liquor license because all their non beer/​wine drinks are made with rice wine… The pizza is good i usually get cheese with carmelized onions its thin crust and and they have good appetizers too. At night it gets really crowded and loud especially in the summer time. Just overall casual good vibes

This place was recommended by a local. The pizza has thin crust, and it ain’t lacking a thing! The wings were also very good. Everybody was impressed, and best of all a huge pepperoni pizza with wings only cost us $ 26! Fed a family of four with left overs. Highly recommend. This will be our new PCB dive.

The best place to eat. Very popular among locals. Great food, people and prices! Tuna dip is amazing. Cheapest (but best) ahi tuna. Everything on the menu is good.

I love Patches. A lot of people do, which is why they have cars lined up on the side of the street starting at like 5:30, parked in the grass. The burgers are great, as is the potato salad. I suggest the Hell-​n-​back and the Buffalo. Or the Old McDonald, if you’ve been fasting for a couple days and are starving. The pizzas are great, too.

A local place, family owned, amazing food, and great service! Michael was our server and he did a wonderful job!!! I did the build your own burger, one of the best I’ve ever had!

Visited this place multiple times while on vacation, may be a locals hangout but they sure made us feel welcomed. Lunch was great had the Reuben, pork sliders, Cuban sandwich. Two nights later we tried the smoked tuna dip and had dessert of peanut butter Oreo pie and key lime pie. Both desserts were excellent!!! The next night we had a evening out here and ordered pizza for the kids. Great pizza and wings on wing night. We loved the live entertainment on the patio. We had a great time and will be back again.

We’ve vacationed here for years, but have never tried this place for whatever reason. I have the bbq burger with caramelized onions and bacon, and it was phenomenal. The sweet potato fries were ok, not great. The waitress was pleasant enough, but a method of providing the beer selection other than having to get up and go to the poorly written chalk board to see what was available would have been nice. The atmosphere inside was not great, as there were what I’m assuming we’re a bunch of locals being loud and rude at the bar, but that’s not exactly the restaurant’s fault. I will go back, but next time I’ll either eat outside or get it to go.

Go-​to local joint. Sometimes it is way too crowded, but that isn’t to the detriment of the establishment. In fact, I think it kind of proves the point that this place is awesome. The food is incredible! Every time I go, it is a hard decision. I have had most of the burgers, the nachos, the cheesy fries, the pizza, the wings… I would have any and all of them again (and again)! Beer prices are reasonable and they have a surprisingly good selection. Sometimes the entertainment isn’t exactly to my tastes, so I head outside. Definitely a must-​visit place if you live in PC or PCB. I’ve been more times than I can count and only once did I have a complaint with the waitress… surprisingly I hadn’t seen her before, nor have I seen her since. Maybe she was having a bad night. Who cares, the place is awesome!

Stopped by for lunch today with the guys from work.
Ordered a smoke house cheeseburger and fries with an unsweetened tea.
Excellent burger and fries.
Lunch came to $ 10.50 including tax.

Pizza great! The wings were better than hooters. The atmosphere was charming and clean. Had karaōke, large choice of draft beers. Best kept secret in Panama City beach. Staff nicest in town!!!

As someone who lived in PCB for about 8 years, I didn’t utilize this place enough. When you are wanting to avoid the crowds and hang with locals over cold drinks and great bar/​pub-​style food, then Patches is your place to go.
Don’t come looking for a trendy or polished place, Patches is a dive bar place, with friendly people, local décor and good food/​beer. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the place. Its more of a local place, but upon my last few visits I have seen more tourists come in, not by car but by being in that area of the beach or condos, as its kind of tucked slightly off the main drive.
Overall good place for a relaxing stop during the day or night!

Dry wings are good, bar b que pizza (can’t believe that I just typed that) was great. Good spot for take out or stay in! Good beers and laid back atmospheres

We decided to try because the reviews were good. It is mostly a local hangout. Everyone knew each other at the bar. It’s Monday so we went for wings special. One pound for $ 5.00. A pound is around 7 or 8 wings. We had them with the rub which was really good. Then we shared a Philly Cheese Steak and sweet pot fries. Very good. The draft beer was $ 2 because it was happy hour which ends at 7pm. I can’t believe we have been coming to PCB for 10 yrs and didn’t know about this place. We will definitely be back. I will say it is bar food and sandwiches. A very, very, very casual place.
