Great food! The Paradise burger was big, juicy and flavorful. The fresh grouper was cooked perfectly. The BBQ chicken quesadillas offered mouthwatering cheese, chicken and just the right amount of sauce. Outside seating provided shelter but great beach views of the sunset. Service was friendly. The décor does not match the quality of food but everything was clean and in good repair.

Great view. Sunset is top here. Great food. Decent service. It is set up like a tourist trap, but it is 1000 times better than your Sharkys or Pineapple Willys. Ordered the teriyaki grilled chicken with pineapple. Cooked excellent. Great char on it for flavor, still moist, the sauce was great and grilled pineapple made it simple and classic. Servers are attentive and relatively fast. Nothing to rave about but they get the job done. The only gripe I could think of would be the frozen drinks, my wife ordered the biggest one they sell, it was $ 12. For $ 12 you could order at least 2 regular drinks. She drank almost the whole thing and she felt nothing, nothing. We couldn’t even be sure there was any booze in it. This to me is not bad enough to remove a star, but come on guys, put some booze in your adult frozen drinks. Still two thumbs up and five stars across.

As new residents in the area for almost a year, we decided to go for lunch today after being wooed by the TV commercials. Clearly it’s a bar with many seating areas, overlooking the beach, great ambience, so I’m sure it’s packed and popping at night. We were seated at a table right next to the beach, a wonderful relaxing site with a great ocean breeze. Three of our party of 5 had grouper in some form or another, they liked it, but I had the Shrimps Ahoy, more than a dozen fried shrimp that weren’t overly battered. They were OK, rah, rah and the side dish of Cilantro Black Beans with Yellow Rice was just that, a side dish, no big whoop. Also had a side salad with ranch dressing, but there was too much shredded cheese added for my taste. Hubs had the gumbo as an appetizer which he shared with me and was surprised it had beef in it. It was OK, definitely not comparable to any I’ve had in New Orleans. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but we’re not pushy people. Two of our party were over 90 years old, so navigating the stairs with canes was slow moving and cumbersome for them, you’d expect they don’t want to return, but this IS a bar catered to a younger crowd. We stopped in the bathroom on the way out. For so early in the day, either lazy customers didn’t take the time to flush 3 of the stalls we checked, or it wasn’t cleaned the night before. Oh well. I’d probably come again to check out the nightlife.

Ok let’s start with the only positive, our waitress. Very lovely and attentive. She refilled our drinks promptly and was very friendly. Now the rest of this review goes downhill. We wanted a casual place to eat and after a lot of research found this place. It has great reviews on Unilocal and since we are from out of town, decided to give it a try. The restaurant apparently also serves as some sort of «beach club» which is weird but that wasn’t an issue this night. We were promptly seated and it was not that busy on a Saturday night which should of been our first sign. We all ordered a hamburger and they all come well done which I can live with. The hamburger was decent enough. I also ordered onion rings and they seemed to be crispy on the outside yet the inside of the batter was not cooked all the way so it was a little«doughy». All of this I can live with. It did not necessarily ruin the experience. I then had to take my toddler to the restroom as she was jumping up and down. After getting to the bathroom I was disgusted! It was smelly, toilet paper everywhere. The stalls were gross, I’ve seen gas stations with much cleaner restrooms. After holding her over the toilet we quickly washed our hands and left. When she had to use the restroom again i had my husband take her to the men’s restroom hoping it would be better, not so. Same issues, it was filthy. It was just awful that both restrooms were gross. I honestly would never comeback here again. So to sum this up; 1) service great 2) bathrooms nasty 3) food decent 4) appetite lost

For what it is, it’s ok. Came here for an early dinner around 5:15 and had a party of 12. Asked for 2 hi chairs. Hostess told us to let her know when our entire party was there while they set up the table. When a member of our party did so, I noticed the one employee turn around to the waitress who sat us and mockingly tell her«their entire party is here»… I let it go. When we got to the table, I had to get my own hi chairs as they weren’t at our table. Jake was our server and he was friendly and efficient. Ordered the chips and dip(the mulit colored tortilla chips are a complete turn off and I didn’t eat them) and the grouper. Fish was cooked well and I enjoyed the side of rice and beans. I’m sure this place appeals to a much younger crowd as it turns into a club at night. If you’re coming here expecting a great dinner, don’t.

Had a party of eight for lunch, nice view, good service… Should have gotten the fish tacos. Ordered hamburger and it was over cooked. Should have known not to get it when the server didn’t inquire as to how I wanted it cooked. Others in the group got fish tacos and seemed to be happy.

It was great! No wait. Awesome beach side table. I was kinda over seafood by this point of vacation and had the chicken club sandwich. It was really good. My wife had fried shrimp and thought it was good too. The prices here are the most reasonable I’ve seen and the service was excellent.

Great nightlife during spring break, and the summer. Saturdays are awesome in the summer. Diverse crowd. Old, young, cute even the immature lol. The food is superb and that is, of course if your waitress gets your order right and hasn’t had a long day lol.

One of the best places to eat on the beach! Fish is always fresh and flavorful. Had the Creole Grouper tonight with red beans and rice. Pretty spicy for those who don’t like spicy, but whoa was it good! Beautiful sunset seats. Great for kids and sometimes have live music. They can be a little slow even when they aren’t crowded, but we still love this place.

I have been eating here for years. This past October during thunder beach I took a group of friends. Bad choice. However my fiancé and I gave it another shot last week. We were very happy with our meals and will be back!

If you’re looking for a good, beach-themed restaurant with delicious seafood, then Spinnaker’s is your place. Our waitress was friendly, accommodating, and extremely attentive. In between receiving our appetizer and our dinner, a photographer came by and took our photo free of charge. For my entrée, I had the creole grouper over rice and beans — it was delicious. The fish was flavorful and the sauce complemented the flavor well. After finishing our meal, they traded cannon shots with a tour boat off the coast and concluded the evening with a sunset celebration. I definitely recommend this restaurant not only for the food, but for also for the extra quirks that go along with it.

From the hostess, server, food, beach view and manager visit, this place gets 5 stars. Fish tacos were outstanding, fish and chips platter was huge, and the kids meals were large potions and tasty! Thank you Spinnaker’s — we will return.

We loved Spinnakers! We got seated with an amazing view and enjoyed the great $ 3 drink special. The food was also very fresh and tasty. I got the tuna steak which was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend! Would love to come back for some shows, very cool atmosphere.

We went here for a bachelorette party for one of my best friends and the place is SOMUCHFUN. It was for the LBD event(little black dress?) and there were plenty of patrons that were dressed up. The dance floor was an interesting area to people watch. In the other room there was a live band and music playing(dressed up in 80s attire) which was also fun to watch. Drinks were flowing and there was absolutely NOT a short amount of shots being handed out(by my friends). Drinks are ridiculously affordable($ 4 for vodka drink, really? WOOHOO!) and the bartenders serve them up strong. I’d highly recommend coming here for a good night out when in PC.

This place is awesome. I go to PCB every year for spring break and this has become our nightly spot. After putting out a fire on the rockstar stage last year the owner gave us VIP passes for the rest of the week. We found out that if going down for spring break it’s 100% worth it to buy their VIP card. Only downside is things can be kinda expensive. Keep it up though spinnaker. Cya in march.

This place was spectacular with a grand view of the Gulf! We were seated on the patio, near the bar. The service was prompt & the atmosphere was great! I ordered the turkey burger. Which was just ok. The burger was served with guacamole(my favorite). The side of potatoes were by far the best part of my meal. There was a mixture of three different potatoes and boy were they delicious. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it!

I visited Spinnaker in past years and had a pretty great time. I have eaten there for lunch and dinner, as well as come for the spring break experience. Both years I purchased the club card for access just to Spinnaker. Both were pretty enjoyable. Spinnaker is a massive place with numerous bars and music to suit everyone’s taste. There are three stages in separate areas, and a DJ room with a club like feel. There’s lots to see! A lot of the fun for me was people watching. Food was pretty decent, comparable to pineapple Willy’s down the beach. Nothing exceptional. I previously visited in 2012 and 2013. However, when I came back this year in 2015 I came with my fiancé and some friends. We came as spring break was winding down, as we are a bit older now and wanted a slightly more mellow experience. We sill bought Panamaniac cards because we wanted to get drinks and dance in the evenings. Our significant others had heard us tell tales of Spinnaker and how much fun it was, and we were all looking forward to heading there on Wednesday for the free cover night. However, walking down surprised us when all of the lights were off and the place was mostly empty! There were one or two waitresses and one party eating at a table, but inquiring confirmed that they were shutting down for the evening… at 8PM! We were shocked! We figured that we’d at least be able to grab a few beers and maybe some food even if it was more dead than in the past, but the whole place was a graveyard! After taking a few nostalgic pictures and using the restroom, we left. There were many other people who came up in the time we were there and were equally angry to find the place shutting down. We also checked out Hammerheads across the street, but that was also closing. Why were we sold those cards if all of the bars were going to be closed? In addition,(and more pertaining to this establishment) why does all of Spinnaker’s material say they’re open from 11 – 2 am today? We were so bummed our significant others won’t be able to get the experience. I guess those big beach clubs must do literally all of their business during the first four weeks of spring break before switching over to full on restaurant mode after week 4. It would be good for Spinnaker to edit their material to reflect that fact. We were extremely put off. Note: when it’s open this place beats every other bar or club in PCB in my opinion… definitely a 4 star place. But, coming here from Ny and completely missing out due to their miscommunication earns them the 2 star review. Can’t enjoy it if I don’t know when it’s open.
