I came down to PCB for the weekend, was referred to this club buy several locals. Cover was a little to high for a Thursday night & security was extremely tight, be prepared to spent 5 mins getting searched at the door. The drinks were strong and timely, the bartenders were very friendly. Would recommend this club to any large groups looking to have a fun, bass filled environment. Only down side is you can’t smoke inside so bring your vaporizer, everyone in in there had one.

Good for teens and young adults 20 – 22. However I couldn’t imagine coming again. As a 20 year old, even I was a little annoyed by how many young people were there. Fun for 18 year olds mostly. If looking for a fun club that is not filled with this age range I wouldn’t suggest it.

I have been here a few times on separate trips to PCB (a while back). Some things are fun — the foam party, the sheer size of the place, the concerts, the people (once, there were guys pretending to be SAE brothers just because they knew the secret handshake, oops!), the girls, the drink stands, the casual food, the drinks, etc. I have been to several crazy concerts here. I really liked the overall experience each time because I knew what I was getting into.
So it’s not as sophisticated as an NYC club and the staff can be a bit rude, but, it’s PCB and you can’t expect Intercontinental Hotels type service. There wont be waiters wearing top hats and tuxedos serving you brandy and martinis. There will be long lines when it’s busy. The foam can be a little icky at times (wrong brand or what?). But, I had girls grinding on me each time I went to their day time fun stuff (I am just that hot, right?).
So, really, just chill out and have fun.

I love this place! its great! I went there two times during my stay! This place is HUGE and has many amazing different areas to party in the club which I loved. Not to mention for anyone who loves to eat pizza and mozarella sticks when they are drunk, they have a food stand in the club (its a huge club and very spacious), i mean what gets better than this?!

They let you park and say it’s an all day thing. They are big fat liars and thieves. I checked in my pants to put my feet in their cold swimming pool, which 3 groups of people were kicked out for ‘diving’ in — which they DID NOT. My girlfriend’s passport and other important documents were in my jeans and now we’re stuck in Florida.
They kick everyone out at a certain time and don’t let you back in without paying a cover charge. I can’t get my belongings back and she can’t get checked in on the plane ride back home because of this place. I’m an idiot for not adhering to the advise of these Unilocal reviews. Do not go here! It’s hyped up and has douche bag owners and MCs.
Fuck everyone except Carol and the cool bartender, everyone else are pompous pussy pricks!!! And have ruined my month and now we’re stuck in Florida!!!

Went here for a girls birthday trip. We wanted to have our own section so decided to get a VIP section with a bottle. Honestly the service was really great. We didn’t have to wait, the staff was awesome and we got seated at a large section. However the bottle was tiny for the price and the club was incredibly dead. We went on a Saturday night, expecting it to be a crowded night but we were the only people in our VIP section room. And unfortunately the club does not stay open until 4am but closes at 2am! We were not expecting that and completely regretted our night. It’s not entirely the venues fault however it would’ve been nice to have the change in hours something that was clearly advertised. Will never be returning to Panama City.

Like most of the other reviewers this club is overly hyped. Huge club but if you don’t come during spring break then it’s totally empty. I went on a road trip with the girls and we stopped here. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Overly hyped club. Decent concept with separate themed rooms but doesn’t seem to be enough customer base except on spring break. Went on a weekend and there were a handful of people in only one of the rooms. Everything else was empty. And the pool… well that’s just creepy.

We went this passed Wednesday night for girls night out and it was a lot of fun. But we tried to come back the next night and they were wanting $ 30 as a cover charge!!! We had just called 30 min prior to find out the how much it was and it went up $ 10 in 30 min!!! It is definitely NOT worth a $ 30 cover charge.

This joint was playing old wack music. All the chicks were local and dancing with each other. Drinks were over priced and served in cheap plastic cups. The crowd was friendly but was not about the serious dancing. No reggae or real hip hop dance. No club or even techno music. Too much Alabama. Their were some cuties, but local.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by an establishment. I came with a group of 18 pretty girls. They tried to charge a $ 15 cover BEFORE midnight when the club was not even near popping. Then, after giving my friend a sip of WATER from my cup, we were all kicked out immediately for allegedly giving alcohol to a minor. Honestly, I was fine to leave because the crowd inside was unbelievably tacky and low class and the DJ was atrocious. Do NOT go here if you are looking to enjoy a night with your friends. Miserable overworked cranky staff showing no mercy to misunderstandings. Avoid at all costs!!!

So if it not on a Friday nothing much is happening. This is a big club but since it wasn’t spring break nothing much was really going on. The rap part of the club had good music but everyone their was standing around like wall flower. The rock part of the club had a great band playing on Saturday. We spent most of our time chilling their. The country only had about 8 people their. The pool was closed, the techno, rave, aka the dark room was also closed until spring break.
Note: If you are a guy, take everything out of your pockets first before going to the door. The security guard are a little overly friendly while checking you, especially between the legs. You have been warned.
If you are over the age of 25 or so this is so not your crowd. Although this 60 year was getting it in with two girls lol

I was really nervous to come here after reading everything on Unilocal.But I came anyway. And I am very pleased. It’s a fantastic place with gogo dancers and lightshows and there’s even a pool. Did I mention that there are different rooms that play different styles of music? Just navigating the labyrinth was a good time for me. Never been to a club where you can hear trap music on one side and live rock music on the other. I knew when we arrived and saw that one guy getting handcuffed that this would be a special place. It was like an omen, you know? Anyway. If you appreciate ratchet clubs with great music, sloppy dancing, and confident degenerates… this is the place for you. I’m from New Orleans so naturally this felt like home.

I’m not into clubbing, but I do go with friends that drag me from time to time. This was not fun, maybe it wasn’t the right night or something? The scene just isn’t mine and it seemed to be trying to hard to be weird. Weak drinks, rude bar tender girl– I only interacted with one. Been there, done that for me.

Full disclosure: I’m not big on the club scene.
My wife and two friends were in Panama City Beach for a few nights and, since none of us did the #PCBSPRINGBREAKBROOOOO thing in college, we decided to give the club a shot.
Admittedly, we were all pretty crabby since we had just experienced one of the worst meals of our lives at Hammerhead Fred’s, so our night was soured before we even stepped into Club La Vulva. Er, La Vela.
Our first impression was pretty bad as I went to order our group drinks (Red Bull Vodkas) and was a little disappointed with the tiny amount of vodka poured into each glass, but extremely disappointed with the $ 50 I spent on those three drinks. Ugh. We didn’t end up staying for very long (maybe an hour at the most) as the combination of overpriced drinks, crabbiness, and douchey-​looking patrons was too much for us.
I was impressed with the set-​up of the whole club and could imagine having a better time another night — if, for some reason I ever decide to visit PCB again, I would consider coming back and giving it another shot.
