This place is awesome. Best fish dinner on the beach! Had a very handsome bartender/sever named Rich! Would have given 5 stars but they were out of cherries for my Manhattan! Shame on you!

This is a MUST in Panama City Beach for locals & tourist. The food & service never disappoints. You are sure to be taken care of by the owners; 3 Great Brothers. One knows, living on the beach for over a decade, only good food you’ll get late at night. Everything from crab legs, filet to a burger. Full bar, chic decorated. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out! Go alone, bring a date or a group of friends everyone will leave satisfied

Spent three nights in town for a work conference and ended up here every night. The staff and food were awesome! Burger, tacos, seafood, drinks — all good. Bartenders — fun and engaging. Should I end up back in Panama City, I’ll be back!

What a gem. After a lifetime of vacationing at PCB, C-Level has easily become one of our top three go-to restaurants for a great meal. Before getting to the seafood, let’s talk about the wings. You know a place is legit when my dad – who’s been traveling for work for over three decades – proclaims that C-Level’s «might just be the best wings I’ve ever had.» I’m not even a huge bone-in wing fan myself, but this place knows how to cook them right – and on «Wing Wednesdays» they’re only 50 cents each. They’re crispy without being fried, and the sauces are delightful. My favorites include the Dragon’s Breath(a mix of their dragon seasoning and the Teriyaki Booyaki), the T-Mack(add jerk seasoning to the Dragon’s Breath), and the Thai Chili. The XX hot aren’t bad either but are definitely a little bit more standard.(If you aren’t a wing fan, you might consider going on Taco Tuesdays instead.) The entrees are also impressive. Our favorite was the grouper, which was of superior quality and tasted excellent with the blackening seasoning. The fresh vegetables that come with it are just that – fresh – and make for a great accompaniment. The mahi was also very good, accented well by the saffron rice and the wine garlic sauce. The flavors just really came together. Plus, entrees come with a hefty salad – a refreshing healthy addition. On top of all that, the beer selection is super, featuring several of the«big» names in craft beers like Dogfish Head, Victory, and Lagunitas. And they’re reasonably priced. Overall, this place is great, and you’ll see locals hanging out at the bar, which is always a good sign. Sure, it doesn’t have the ambience and advertising of a lot of PCB tourist traps, but the quality is awesome.

Service was great. Out of grilled shrimp, sirloin and mahi mahi go with the mahi mahi. Sirloin more like a lunch steak.

We arrived late around 10pm on a Saturday and were the only ones. We were really skeptical but gave it a try anyways. We had a party of 6 and service was good. Aaron was our waiter and he was very good. The food was also very good. I had their wings and and chicken tenders as well. The hot honey mustard sauce was delicious. Would recommend this place!

This is worth the drive down front beach… does not look like much from the outside of the strip mall. Once inside look at the menu and think fresh seafood. We had the grouper, Mahi Mahi and a shrimp sautéed in white wine all enjoyed their meal, the jumbo shrimp were indeed very large and tasty. The grouper done just right. We also saw on Friday/sat they have delicious prime rib. All were nice sized portions. The side salad was fresh and dressing good. We also had desert very disappointed although homemade the key lime pie was extremely tart. We have returned twice and enjoyed. Appears locals also enjoy

The food is amazing. If you like PB&J’s try the deep fried pb&j you will never eat a normal pb&j ever again. They have the best appetizers. The mozz sticks are amazing and I get the fried portabello mushroom every time. They play great music and the service is awesome. Just an over all great place to eat especially if you’re eating late. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is because it’s a little pricey.

I’ve really only had the wings and fried green tomatoes here, but they’ve been great every time. Their kitchen is open late, which can be convenient. Full bar. Friendly service.

We are visiting from Dallas and relied on Unilocal to find us a restaurant off the beaten path. We were not disappointed. We started with the smoked tuna dip and it was delicious. Our party of four is rounded out by two teens — one got the burger and one got the gumbo as their entrees. The gumbo was terrific. The other teen felt the burger was the best she’s had in her life. The grown ups opted for blackened grouper: one traditional presentation and one in taco form. The grouper was as other reviews stated-outstanding. We had zero wait time at this gem in PCB. It took us longer to drive back to our condo after dinner than our entire dining experience. Don’t let the kitschy exterior drive you away when you drive up-C Level was a fantastic restaurant in PCB.

Well, I’m a food snob from Atlanta and this place is AMAZING! Came here after reading the reviews– best risk in PCB! Grouper was PERFECT, grilled pineapple was delish, kids fried shrimp were plump and well seasoned, steamed veggies are the real deal, new potatoes were to die for and crinkle fries were crisp and delicious. House salads were custom made and portions are overly-generous. Menu has something for all ages and palates! We will be back! Ty for restoring my faith in PCB cuisine!

After a long road trip to PCB this was what we needed. It sits in a plaza with other seemingly delicious places to eat if you want seafood! It opens late and was a lot busier than we thought. We had a round of Florida flavored water and went for the Friday night blackened steak special, blue burger, double burger, and blackened shrimp. All served with sweet potato fries. You can pick sweet or regular fries. The steak and shrimp dishes came with salads. All fresh and crisp. That was enough for me to get antsy for more. That and because we were starving. Everything came out hot and fresh! Everything came out well portioned and plated nicely. We ate everything except the sweet potatoes. Not because it wasn’t good but because it was a lot! Great service and our waiter was super friendly. He was the one that the blackened steak was delicious! Will definitely swing by again!

I just moved to the area and needed to find my spot for chicken wings. This is now my Place for chicken wings. They have a nice selection of sauces and dry rubs. My favorite is the teriyaki booyaki and the jerk sauce is pretty tasty too. Go on wing Wednesday and wings are 50cent a wing! I get 16 wings and a 16oz can of PBR for 10 $!!!

Yummy! This was our first time here. The outside had a deck and sitting area. Inside beach themed. We ordered the rib eye steak and appetizer was the nachos. Ok on the nac but the steak was delicious… so tender and juicy. With red potatoes… great meal!

I was torn what to put for a review here… The cuisine there is «above average»… for Panama City, FL, however when I ordered Grilled Grouper, what I received was Tilapia. I brought this to the the waiter’s attention(whom I assumed to be the owner), and he quickly replied that it was grouper. I know the«everyday Joe» would never know the difference… and that if one were to order some pricey grouper, and were given sewage-laden tilapia, you would happily dine away, pay the exorbitant price, and be none the wiser. However, when you DO know the difference(down to being blindfolded, and asked to tell«by touch», which the grouper was, and knowing in a second, which it would be), it instills a feeling of «distrust» for the whole establishment, when one knows that they’ve been lied to. He was very adamant, to the point of being rude and snide. Unfortunately, this is a common practice(globally), to switch out more expensive fish for inexpensive tilapia. I’m very sad to see that this restaurant is one of those questionable establishments. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps the person from whom he bought the fish, lied to him — but based on the waiter’s attitude, I highly doubt that to be the case. I ordered the hamburger, and found it hard to eat. The burger was«tough», and left much to be desired. The fried mushrooms consist of 2 portabello caps, lightly fried, for the low price of $ 8(hope you caught the sarcasm there…) My mother switched her«faux-grouper» to rib-eye, cooked to medium, and it was brought to her just under rare. I don’t know how this restaurant is getting such good reviews… I’ve now been there twice(the second after being forced by those deciding where to eat in a group), and both times I was extremely dissatisfied. On the second visit, the same brunette waiter/bartender that lied to me about the fish on my first visit, was apparently on his period, because he was all attitude from the word go, and all we did was pick up a carry out order! I don’t know what would bring about such hostility from picking up a simple carry out. I was half-tempted to just leave it there and let them deal, but unfortunately, I’m too kind-hearted and couldn’t bring myself to do that. I’ll never go there again. EVER. Someone tried to give me a gift certificate for C-Level, that said that they would never use — and I turned it down. Free money, to use at a far from free restaurant — and I turned it down — flat. THAT is how bad it is. They’ve also recently raised all the prices on their menu items, so now you’ll be paying more for the same garbage. They try to pass themselves off as a upscale eatery, but it is far from that. Atmosphere: 1 out of 10 Price: Overpriced for what is offered Customer Service: 0 out of 10: Arrogant, Rude, Deceptive Quality: 2 out of 10 Revisit Chance: 0 out of 10 Eat at your own risk.

We checked into the Holiday Inn resort for the night and were ;pretty dismayed by the lack of dining choices surrounding us. C-Level was definitely worth the drive from the main strip. Our waiter/bartender/club promoter was an excellent host and the food was very, very tasty. We did several courses and found the steak to be tender and the tuna salad quite fresh. Our son’s sundae for desert was flavorful as well. If you are looking for an adult meal in the midst of all the beach craziness, this is the place.
