Hair By Natasha

I have been going to Natasha for about a year now, after moving to the area, leaving my beloved stylist of 18 years in Los Angeles, and trying several different stylists on the peninsula. It took a while, but thank god I found her. The stylists here were making me look like a soccer mom… and I am not a mom, nor have I ever been to a soccer game, so this was not the look I was going for. She gets color (she does blond highlights on me) and she gets short hair (I have fine hair that ranges in length from short bob to pixie cut). Never had a bad cut or color job. She does precise, stylish and even edgy cuts and is the perfect balance between listening to your wants/​needs and offering suggestions and feedback. In addition to being incredibly skilled, she is also warm, friendly, funny and provides great customer service. She also has her own cosmetics line which is awesome.

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut. Natasha sensed that and booked me as her last appointment so we had plenty of time. She highlighted my hair (it looks SUPER natural) and took her time cutting it. When I told her we go go shorter, she cut it all over again! She’s determined to please and she has a knack for understanding her clients. On top of it all, Natasha has a cute martini glass filled with the most yummy yummy jelly beans to keep your sweet tooth happy while she does her magic. After my snazzy hair cut, she applied her AMAZING BB cream for me and let me tell you… I GLOWED!!!
Its a few days post cut/​color and my friends keep telling me how young and fresh I look. I am loving the compliments.

OMG, she is the best! I needed a change, and Natasha babysat me through 6 months of growing out a short cut. When it was long enough to see what we were going to work with, it became clear to us both that my hair works best short. Snip snip snip, and I had the best haircut of my life. Falls into place effortlessly, but even better this style compliments my face and reflects my personality. Couldn’t be happier. Now we’re going to play with color… stay tuned!

Just love working with Natasha to create the perfect hairstyle. She is so good at interpreting what I like from all the photos I bring in and translating it into a cut that I can easily manage. And she always gives it a unique twist that makes it my own so I don’t look like everyone else. Plus no one can tell that I color my hair, she does that good a job. On top of that — she’s a delight to talk to. Natasha is the perfect combination — amazing skill, great sense of humor, and fun!

OMG… What can I say. Natasha and I have been together for 7 plus years. She saved my «life» when she fixed what can only be said as «stripes» of color. She not only is a great colorist but a great cutter. All in one package. She also works in a very pleasant environment. I adore her.

I’ve been going to Natasha for many years and I’m always amazed at how she can focus on what I want my hair to do and make it happen! I have thinner, fine hair and I’m a wanna-​be red head. She’s given me a number of looks that I thought I’d never have, straight, curly, short and long and the outcome was always fabulous! She’s got a real way with color and is above all a wonderful listener so she can give you what want. BTW: I’ve had lots of fun letting her do what she thinks would be cool as well.

I met Natasha a good four years ago, through a Unilocal review. I had been on a serious hunt for a a great hairdresser and she happened to be close to my workplace. I have never strayed from Natasha (unless you count me trimming my bangs once in awhile. I get lazy). Not only is she amazing and only uses the top stuff (scissors, hair product, attitude) but she’s great to talk to. To date, Natasha has been through three of my jobs and four ex boyfriends and have helped me navigate through all of successfully (I’m not kidding). Haircuts are relaxing and go by so fast when we have so much to catch up on.
In all seriousness, my haircuts last for at least 4 months. I always get long layers and the haircut gets better as time goes on. I always joke with Natasha that she shouldn’t make her haircuts last so long but I know she can’t do anything less than the best. I’ve had short hair, long hair, blunt bangs, long bangs, bangs to the side; everything has worked out for the best. I’ve done highlighting with her as well and it looks great even when its grown out (I am lazy. again.). I liked it so much that I did it again recently.
Last time I came in, we were the last ones there at around 8 PM. She was so sweet, not only squeezing me in when I requested an appointment a week prior, but she also stayed late!
All in all, always a great time. My long hair haircuts come out to about $ 80 which, I think, is a great deal if you think its about $ 20 a month. Coloring and haircuts come out to about $ 225 (I think it’s dependent on hair length and craziness of coloring). I’ve recommended her to friends and they have become faithful customers too!
