I really love this salon. Hair– Jay is expert with color… always knows the latest cut for my hair. He is very experienced/​does exactly what I want with precision/​detail. Not to mention, Jay is hilarious. I always leave in a great mood! Nails– Yoli is excellent. She always does a meticulous mani/​pedi. Has the newest colors/​knows the latest trends. I continually get compliments after nails with Yoli. The owner is friendly/​accommodating. Place is very clean and has warm/​cozy atmosphere. I regularly leave in high spirits!

Yesterday was the first time I went to Madison day spa. The lady that took my appointment was extremely nice — made appointment for massage. When I get there the guy who was at the front desk did not acknowledge me, I had to say Hello twice before he gave me the time of the day. The massage therapist did not discuss with me what areas where bothering me/​what I would like her to target. Just went about her job… in the middle of the massage her phone rings and she picks it up… talk about relaxation.
Once we are done she rushes out of the room to talk on the phone…
never again –massage was not even worth the money I spent.

I followed Maricela here. I’ve been having my facials done with her on and off for a few years. My skin definitely feels it when I don’t go to her. She is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly she does not force any products services on you. She tells you exactly what your skin needs and she even throws in an upper body massage. Love her!

I followed Kathy T to Madison Ave. because no one cuts hair like her. My daughter who is in Brooklyn now even waited for Kathy to cut bangs for her the first time and for a trim.
The Spa is lovely, small but elegant. The parking is not good but it’s no trouble to walk from next door and I hear they might use the back outdoor area eventually. I’m going there tomorrow…
