Wendy’s

Every time I go to Wendy’s on 13 901 S Dixie Hwy Miami, FL 33 176, the whole morning staff is excellent!!! The food is great and the restaurant is super clean!!! Excellent customer service!!! Keep up the good work!!! :)

Some of the worst service I have ever had! The cashier was clueless and up sold me without telling me. Then she forgot to enter my coupon discount. My son got the wrong burger and the person who he dealt with to correct the issue didn’t speak enough English to understand and take control of the problem at hand.
The tables were not clean, so I had to clean one, myself.
All in all, I believe the employees at this Wendy’s need more training.

Very nice dine in. Clean environment. Food was great. Order was taken down correctly and food was on point. They also have the coca cola machine that makes a bunch of different sodas similar to Burger King.

Newly Remodeled, They totally fixed up this Wendy’s location it used to be a dump but now it’s properly clean and didn’t have a dead rat this time. My Cheeseburger was great my fries and Baked Potato were delicious and staff is really friendly this time. Maybe they changed the staff and hired nice people and I’m glad they did that overall much better I will definitely come back

I always come here for their amazing mouth-​watering salads! It never fails me! Service is okay, sometimes it can get a little ugly. But mostly it’s just fine. Sometimes I’m not in the mood to eat inside, so I take it home happily ever after.

I don’t know what to think, service was pretty fast and friendly, but when I got to my mother’s house with the apple pecan chicken salad (which, let me warn you in case you hate blue cheese like I do, that it DOES have blue cheese in it, and a good amount too), she could not stop gushing about how cheap it was…$ 3.20. Wait… that’s not right, I thought.
At that moment, she started scolding me for eating fried chicken, and that is when I realized I was given the wrong receipt as it itemized «fried chicken». The salad was $ 6 and change, and I certainly did not have fried chicken.
I started wondering if the gentleman behind me in the drive-​thru lane was instead charged for my food, but considering my parents live 5 miles away or so from this location and it was late at night, I was too lazy to turn around and drive back for $ 3.
I hope for the gentleman’s sake that they just handed us the incorrect receipts, and not that we got charged the wrong amounts, just because my order was double the price of his… regardless, it’s apparent some disorganization is taking place here due to this receipt business, so I had to deduct a star for that.

The best thing at wendys are the frosty.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers to say that you are a pretty above-​average Wendy’s location. From the clean inside, to the quick drive-​thru service, you really know how to nail the concept of fast-​food!
Never am I disappointed when I come and never is my order screwed up. That’s saying a LOT. I am glad you got it together here. The food always tastes fresh and cooked to order. Best sandwich — Asiago Chicken. By far the most tasty item on the menu, IMO. Add a little honey mustard sauce, and voila!
Being located across the street from the Falls Mall, this is an awesome option for some pre– or post-​shopping fuel.

This place have a great selection of burgers you know junk food :). I especially love their fries n loaded baked potatoes :). I am a fan definately. My favorite item on their menu is the spicy chicken sandwich. see you soon for lunch when i am in the neighbourhood.

4 stars for being better than other Wendy’s I’ve been too and for having the back alley entrance way.
Whenever I don’t have to get on US1, I’m happy. And that is definitely worth a star.
Service is a bit above par and food is what you’d expect.
Watch out for the ducks in the parking lot.
